Close to everything i needed

I came over to Marbella to celebrate my birthday. In the evening, I checked into the hotel, and a lady at reception told me that my room didn't have a sea view and that if I wanted one, I'd have to pay more. I asked to see the room, and it was a corner-side pool view. So I told her that it's not a sea view I would like to pay the extra cost. She became extremely rude after all, her name was Juniper or smth like that. She sent me to my room with a bellboy. The room faced the road, with nonstop noise all night, and she said they don't have any rooms at all, as they are fully booked. Previously, I told her that I have sleeping problems, and what is more important for me is a quiet room.
So I was struggling till 5 a.m. in the morning, with no possibility of falling asleep, and, believe it or not, I went to the reception, and there was another shift, a young man. I told him that the room is so, so, so noisy I can't sleep at all, and he immediately gave me another one with hundreds of "sorry" and a nice smile. And he left the message to his manager.
So in the morning, the manager upgraded my room to the quiet sea-view room. But that lady was extremely rude and treated me meanly. I wouldn't recommend the hotel because of such awful ladies. Paying 430 euros per night, I expect to be treated well and to be heard. And to make you smile more: I had only UK-type sockets, so I needed an adaptor to recharge my phone; the lady at reception told me they didn't have a spare. But a nice man found me a spare immediately at 5 a.m.in the morning...
The receptionist who was on her shift on the evening 14 of June. She was rude and mean to me.

Nothing to mention
It wasn’t clean enough, the towels smell bad and the room does not have drinking water you need to fill it from the corridor, the housekeeping does not clean very well. The hotel is overall looks very old

We loved the hotel it was amazing the pool and rooms were excellent . Entertainment staff (David) were amazing . 10/10 however ….
The staff at the pool restaurant were so horrible and so rude to me. I rang the property in advance of my trip to mention that I would like to pay with cash for my drinks . Each time I got a drink at the pool and said I will pay with cash the workers would look at me in disgust and made me feel very awkward . As I was paying with cash each time, they were also adding some of the drinks to our room tab even though I was paying the bill each time. I luckily spotted this after a couple days, would not be nice seeing this while trying to check out. We also did not get change back from the bill (large amounts) numerous times. I had to chase it up 3/4 hours later. This was not a nice way to treat me and I felt upset. Also, at the restaurant at the pool , I was told I cannot eat there due to me not having a t shirt on . I understand this as this was my fault , however 5 minutes later multiple other men sat down at this restaurant no problem even though they were not wearing a t shirt . It was almost like a double standard and I was treating very unfairly for absolutely no reason .
