Nice hotel, good breakfest, good sleep, clean room, big bathroom.
Pros:

We had a problem with the room on the first day, as it didn't meet our expectations or the description on the site. However, the problem was solved by the management on the second day by moving us to a room that had the exact features described on the site for the room we had booked.

Almost all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with homemade cakes, fresh fruit, and typical Italian cold cuts.

Problems can happen everywhere, but the difference is how they are solved. Here, we were highly satisfied with how they were handled. The Booking.com customer service was very helpful too.

At the end I can say: If you have a problem, speak with the management in the morining, they will help you.

"When we checked out, one of the receptionists tried to start an argument, claiming that the first room was, in his opinion, the correct one and that they had done us a favor by changing it. I think since our stay was over, we were happy anyway (and we said so), and we had already paid, there was no point in starting an argument. There was nothing to gain for the hotel. The other hotel staff we met were friendly and helpful, no problems."
