Felt at home :)
Pros:

The staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable! The location is also great, it was very central to go from there to anywhere we were planning to visit!

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was that in the first day it was a bit hot in our room, and as the air conditioning is central we couldn't adjust the temperature. However, the following days it was adjusted and we understand that the city was extraordinarily hot that week, so all good!

Flora House is cozy and clean, darling, spacious, and the perfect place to stay in Denver!
Pros:

Our stay at the Flora House was a complete delight. The rooms are even more spacious than the photos show, and every detail seems to have been thought of. Spaces are spotlessly clean, beautifully designed - each with their own character, but an overall cohesive design - and made to be incredibly comfortable. At each turn, it seems that the thought was, "what would be most hospitable?", and that drove the decisions that have shaped this BnB.
The breakfast (and its hosts) was delightful each morning, and the large pot of drip coffee didn't hurt. The yard shown is strewn with comfy seating, dining tables and chairs, and cute local rabbits hopping through the planters full of flowers and herbs. We spent idyllic breakfasts in the crisp Denver air basking in this space, clutching our oversized coffee mugs, and contemplating how fortunate we were to have this bit of peace in a large city.
The house is located near the Denver Botanical Gardens, a short walk from restaurants and shops, and not far from major routes in and out of the city, making it a great place from which to explore. Within the house, there are cabinets filled with items the guests might need - sunscreen, bug spray, that forgotten toothpaste tube, you name it! I truly believe they have tried to think of everything, and if you can think of something more you might need, it's clear your request will be met with kindness. Rooms were well-secured, each with their own number-pad lock and personal PIN, also making check-in a breeze to do without any fuss.

Cons:

There was not a single thing that could have made our stay better, Flora House is an absolute delight!

Wir waren wegen dem Marathon in Denver.

Das Flora Haus und ihre Gastgeber waren auf unserer Reise das Beste.
Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
das Frühstück war jeden Tag anders und absolut gut.
Denver war mit dem Bus gut erreichbar.

Pros:

Great location for visiting the Botanic Gardens. Beautiful house, hosts were wonderful and our room was perfect. Lots of little thoughtful touches and even baby rabbits in the garden.

Wonderful and relaxing!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the backyard area is beautifully maintained, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. The room was very clean and had a nice layout, with coffee and a mini fridge. The shower was very nice as well (I love the rock style floors).

Cons:

Parking. Not really much room to expand, but when you get back late at night trying to find near by street parking is difficult.

I am so glad I found Flora house, a hidden gem for sure.
Pros:

I loved everything about Flora house, aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. The deluxe king suite was spacious and well decorated, as well as the rest of the house. The bed was super comfortable with nice linens and extra blankets. The kitchenette in the room was well stocked with coffee and accompaniments, utensils and dishes. I was in Denver for appointments but felt like I was on vacation once I entered Flora House. Next time I go to Denver I will definitely stay here again.
