Prima, maar zeer basic.
Pros:

Vriendelijk ontvangst bij receptie. Op korte loopafstand van Altstadt. We konden voor de deur parkeren doordat er net een plekje vrijkwam. Onze auto werd door het hotel aangemeld voor het betalen van het betaald parkeren. Ontbijt is basic, maar goed genoeg.

Cons:

Te weinig verlichting in de kamer. Te donker bij entree en in de badkamer. De wastafelafvoer en wasbak was beschadigd en oogt daardoor onhygiënisch. Niet prettig om daarboven m’n contactlenzen uit en in te doen.

Eine perfekte Lösung für mich, um früh morgens den Zug ab Luzern nach Lugano zu nehmen.
Pros:

Mir hat die Freundlichkeit und grosse Flexibilität des Reception Personals beeindruckt. Die Türe zu meinem gewählten Zimmer konnte nicht richtig von innen geschlossen werden, ich fühlte mich dadurch nicht sicher zum schlafen.

Sofort hat die nette Dame von der Reception mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Das fand ich grossartig.

Vielen Dank.

Pros:

The stuff were very friendly and happy to help us with our questions. The location is great, in a walkable distance from the train station. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The room had a window looking at a back yard, and in the morning it had a lot of noise from the garbagge picking.

Hôtel plein centre à proximité des monuments historiques
Pros:

Un ibis en pleine ville. Très bien situé. Un parking (city) est assez proche à pied. C’était propre et le personnel était très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. En revanche, nos voisins du dessus on été très bruyants : utilisation de la baignoire tard avec beaucoup de bruit ?! beaucoup de pas avec talons et claquements (objets qui tombent ?). Dommage car notre chambre donnait côté court et aurait dû être très calme.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu trop de chance sur nos voisins du dessus qui étaient un peu bruyants.
