in pochi minuti a piedi sei al centro storico, posizione molto pratica difronte la fermata del bus

Personal amable y buenos servicios en espacios comunes
Pros:

Personal muy atento y amable, además una recepcionista de habla hispana lo que nos facilitó mucho el lenguaje. La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar a todos lados a pie, la habitación justa, quizá le vendría bien un frigobar, pero es un detalle. Nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones comunes de comedor para calentar comida y cenar aún cuando nuestra estadía no incluía desayuno, esto, sin duda es un grandísimo plus puesto que Lucerna es muy caro, y para ahorrar compraba comida y/o alimentos en supermercados los que podía calentar y comer cómodamente en las instalaciones del comedor con platos o bien tomar un té, se agradece bastante el detalle.

De plek in het centrum. Je kon heel gemakkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden lopen.

Cons:

De prijs-kwaliteit was niet in verhouding. Wij hebben vaker in een Ibis-Styles city hotel verbleven, maar dit hotel was echt de minste van allemaal. Kamer/badkamer verouderd, echt heel basic. En erg stoffig langs de randen van het bed. En voor 2 nachten betaalden we ruim €500,-. We weten dat Zwitserland duur is, maar dit stond niet in verhouding.
Daarnaast gaf de dame aan de balie geen goede eerste indruk van het hotel. Ongeïnteresseerd en niet vriendelijk. Voor Luzern zouden we terugkomen, maar niet in dit hotel.
