Great location; Lucerne is a beautiful city with lots to see

Cons:

Hotel was run down and not maintained (several bathroom lights were not working & prob needed a new bulb but no one checked or knew to replace it; air conditioning was nice but very loud/old; bathroom needed to be redone). Staff did very busy & rushed; didn’t take the time to make recommendation or show hospitality skills.

Hotel súper bien ubicado y muy cómodo en Lucerna
Pros:

La Ubicación es excelente, caminando muy cerca está en las partes más lindas de la ciudad, el personal encantador, muy atento, se m habían quedado mis gafas en el carro y me ayudaron a mirar en las cámaras si yo había entrado al hotel con las gafas o no. Las habitaciones y camas y almohadas con aire acondicionado muy cómodas

Mi habitación tenía un olor particular no muy agradable, creo que pudo ser un químico desinfectante
