Es war alles super gut. Als wir da waren, war ed leider sehr sehr heiss und im Zimmer wäre dann eine Klimaanlage cool gewesen. Anstonsten tiptop. Sehr sehr sauber.

We have booked a room for three another room for two even on the website they said that person‘s name cannot be proceed so we call they said it’s OK when we arrived. We have to pay additional two persons breakfast and because there were only two people‘s name being registered the other two hasn’t been registered. That’s why we have to be charged breakfast and something else that I’m up to 77 Swiss Frank for me it’s not acceptable. I said a room for three normally that means three person, the name can be added when we arrived but instead they said no because you only have two names so the other two person will be charged. One person cannot come so that’s Mixx four to me is absolutely Ridiculous. We have been flying all over the world, but never come across such a nonsense procedure with extra charge that doesn’t make sense on top what is show in the website a room it’s a room that was show on the website but ended up. She said because they have festival so we were transferred to the apartment type, which is just opposite to the hotel. This is not the first time we stay in this hotel the first time we please because we are six we need a apartment type, but this time she put us there saying because it’s too noisy at the hotels side then she transferred us to the apartment side . We are exhausted. I don’t want to argue with her anymore. She said can’t be added on this site. I asked her why do one person need a three single bed the other person needs two single bed and she said I don’t know that’s how you were book to me. This is all nonsense. I didn’t bring it up because talking to this lady for half an hour, she still say I can put the name in the page which I have tried all possible way and I have called instead to make sure everything it’s fine but anyway, she just got me so upset. We are exhausted. I don’t want to argue with her anymore. Money is paid but service not good at all.
