On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. - Aucune insonorisation entre les chambres
- la porte de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas entièrement.
- porte laissant passer la lumière et le bruit.
- on entend les personnes dans les chambres voisines : toilette, discussion, tél....
- porte du dressing cassée et incomplète
- la chambre n'est pas celle d'un 4 étoiles mais plutôt celle d'un Campanile refait.

Pros:

Fantastisch hotel en dit op alle domeinen! Rustige ligging en kamer (konden zelfs slapen met raam open) en dit zo in het centrum van Brussel. De receptioniste was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Pros:

Staff was lovely, location was great, bed was wonderful. Only caveat -- the toilet was in a separate room across the bedroom from the rest of the bathroom (sink/shower). We found this arrangement awkward for using the facility and washing up afterwards.

Cons:

As mentioned, the schism between toilet and sink. Shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water, but the area just outside the shower needed something to reduce slipperiness since it inevitably gets wet. Perhaps some nonskid spots or a rubber mat would fix.
