On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Should the customer be unable to do so, the initial credit card will be refunded, and a new payment will be requested.

Muy recomendable!
Pros:

El personal muy agradable y atento, el hotel súper bien ubicado, las habitaciones cómodas y bonitas, el spa apto para niños!

Cons:

Le haría falta un poco más de limpieza diaria, cambiar vasos, poner agua nueva. Pero nada grave. Hemos estado fenomenal y muy bien acogidos. Gracias!

Overall a good place to stay in Brussels, recommended.
Pros:

A very good hotel in a handy location a bit out of the tourist areas. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The small jacuzzi pool and sauna area was a nice addition but good to visit it at quiet times.

Cons:

Even though the hotel is on a quieter street there was some outside noise at night, but maybe that is inevitable in the city.

Bien, mais pas à la hauteur par rapport au prix payé.
Pros:

La localisation était très bien, hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Bruxelles. Joli hôtel dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

Le gros point noir à été pour nous le manque d’insonorisation, nous entendions beaucoup les chambre à côté ainsi que tout dans le couloir, c’est dommage. De plus, la piscine est en réalité un peu plus petite que sur les photos, peu d’espace pour poser ses affaires avec seulement deux transats pour tout le monde.

Czystość, bardzo wygodne łóżko,świetne urozmaicone śniadania

Cons:

Basen jest mikroskopijny, wcale nie da się w nim pływać. Ekspres do kawy zepsuty. Stosunek ceny do zakresu udogodnień - hotel nie warty ceny!
