On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Excellent point de chute pour visiter le centre historique de Bruxelles.

Piscine chaude comme un bain!
Très propre.
Personnel « aux petits soins »
Proximité de la grand place.
Meilleur rapport qualité/prix au centre de BXL, avec piscine (les autres, c’est le double voire le triple!)

Pros:

Superbe hôtel idéalement placé (à 5-7 min du Mannekenpis, de la Grand Place et de la Place du Grand Sablon), au centre de tout mais qui bénéficie d'un calme que l'on imaginerait pas en plein centre ville très fréquenté. La chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortables quoiqu'un peu petits mais normal pour des lits individuels, climatisation, salle de bain et toilettes séparées, cafetière théière et mini réfrigérateur sont un vrai plus. Le plus de l'établissement: la piscine chauffée avec jacuzzi et jets hydromassants parfaits après une journée de visite bien remplie. Le staf est aimable et chaleureux. Lorsque nous retournerons à Bruxelles nous retournerons dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Le ménage dans les chambres pourrait être un peu plus soigné mais cela reste bien sûr correct.

Personel güleryüzlü ve oldukca yardımcı insanlar. Kahvaltı Avrupa standartlarına göre iyi. Konum merkeze 12 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Odaya terlik bile koyulması memnun etti (bu durum Avrupada cok nadirdir)

Paid around €200 per night and expected a four-star experience. The room didn't match the listing photos at all: dated, worn, and honestly felt closer to a budget hotel than a proper hotel room. There was no toothbrush provided. The bedding kept coming loose from the mattress overnight, and I had to keep re-tucking it back into place. For this price point, it was a genuinely disappointing stay.
