Gute, große Unterkunft in Shinjuku.
Pros:

Große, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal. Trotz stark befahrener Straße sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Eine Waschmaschine am Zimmer hätte den Aufenthalt erleichtert - die allgemeinen Waschmaschinen waren oft belegt.

Pros:

The location was good, about a 10min walk to Shinjuku station. Plenty of good food options within a 5min walk. 7/11, Lawsons and Family mart very close by. Shopping mall also about 15-20min walk. Rooms have everything you need as a family with kids. Staff were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The lifts and hallways have no air conditioning. You have to keep asking for slippers, tooth brushes ect which seems a tad stingy considering the price tag. My mum who stayed in a seperate room noticed mould underneath the microwave and on top of the fridge which we then noticed was the same in our room. Staff attended to this promptly which we appreciated.

Good stay, nice staff
Pros:

The location was good, only a short walk to the Shinjuku train station. The location suited our needs well but I wouldn't say that is was right in the heart of things - still a little hike to the train which was ok for us. The staff was great and they were super helpful with luggage transfer. It was clean and the room configuration fit us well, though it was a little smaller than I was expecting from the pictures - but I guess that is just Tokyo.

Cons:

My biggest complaint was that the beds were hard as a rock. We all had difficulty sleeping during our stay. Also the phone in the room to contact the front desk did not work properly and we had some small issues with the air conditioner at times which was a bit frustrating in Tokyo in the summer.

Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff. They really take care of you!
Pros:

Great for large families. Lots of space and felt like home. Great having laundry facilities onsite.
