A perfect location near the train station, comfortable and good value
Pros:

Very friendly staff who were patient trying to understand my poor command of the French language! I was very tired on arrival after a long drive.

Cons:

It was so useful to have a secure place to park my car overnight, but as I arrived after dark, and the garage was in a different, although close, location to the hotel, it was very difficult to find. Even in daylight, it would still be quite tricky.
The room was nice, but quite small. No problem as I was on my own, but it would have been quite cosy for two!

Inconvenient, not the best value and unlikely I’d have booked had I known the situation. However, the hotel was okay and
Pros:

This was an odd one. I booked this hotel specifically because it had secure parking for the motorbike on which I was travelling through France. However, on arrival it seemed the hotel was empty, perhaps for refurbishment? A sign on the door informed me my reservation was actually with the hotel across the road! The road was being dug up for some reason so although not an onerous task, crossing was a slight walk around some fencing and then onto a narrow rubble pavement. Carrying a few bags, this was awkward. Thankfully, check in was simple and swift. The receptionist informed me the secure parking was still available, behind the original hotel. This required a short trip back down the road, right round the roundabout and back up, turning off before getting to the hotel. I had a code, the gate opened and I parked up. Access back to the hotel where I was staying, was through the closed hotel. All very odd and somewhat less convenient than I expected when I booked.

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t the one I booked!

Buona colazione, camera confortevole anche se molto piccola.
Il parcheggio è gratuito ma bisogna cercarlo per non rischiare una multa.
