Ondanks verbouwing prima hotelletje.
Pros:

De kamer keurig en schoon. Niet groot, maar prima te doen. Ontbijt prima, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een verbouwing gaande, maar overlast wordt zoveel mogelijk binnen de perken gehouden.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks.

Easily located next to the motorway, a short distance into town (40 minutes walk)
The staff are extremely friendly which is a big plus

Cons:

The property is going through a much needed refurbishment, which meant our room was not reflected in any of the photos, which was very dated.

Cons:

Lift wordt letterlijk door plakband bij elkaar gehouden, en dan bedoel ik echt de gehele lift.. housekeeping loopt gewoon naar binnen tot twee keer toe. Je zou maar net uit de douche komen terwijl ze zichzelf binnen laat

The communal areas were fine: the dining area was reasonably well equipped.

Cons:

Our room was long overdue an upgrade: switches were loose, sockets inconveniently placed on the headboard.
It also smelled, to me, heavily of cigarette smoke.

Enorme meevaller vergeleken met onze voorgaande bezoeken.
Pros:

Ontbijt was "basic", maar goed en ruim volvoldoende.
Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Bedden waren comfortabel, maar deken te warm en kussen te zacht .... dit is het enige verbeterpunt (voor ons).
Dit verblijf was een aangename verrassing vergeleken met ons vorig verblijf van ± een jaartje geleden.
De renovatie heeft goed uitgewerkt !

Cons:

Warm deken en geen mogelijkheid om dat aan te passen en (te) zacht kussen en weer geen mogelijkheid om dat aan te passen.
