Posizione ottima per vicinanza mare e mezzi di trasporto.
Io ho scelto il Princess perché aveva la piscina riscaldata e con vista mare. Peccato che era chiusa ..... era aperta una mini piscina con qualche sdraio, pochi e senza sole , perlomeno quando siamo arrivati .
an amazing view, comfortable and delicious dishes
Świetna i przemiła obsługa, dostępność barów i restauracji w samym hotelu. Lokalizacja relatywnie blisko plaży, choć trzeba się dłuższy kawałek przejść. Pokój czysty i regularnie sprzątany. Piękne widoki z okien oraz dachu!
Stan techniczny pokoju zostawia jednak troszkę do życzenia, odchodzące uszczelki, ślady na ścianach itp. Ograniczona prywatności po przez zastosowanie szyby oddzielającej sekcje łazienkowej od sypialni. Brak drzwi do sekcji łazienkowej również doskwierał. Dywan w sypialni poprawiłby komfort pobytu w pokoje, jednak w całym pokoju, oprócz przedpokoju, dominowały kafelki. Poprosilibyśmy z partnerką o łóżko King Size, a otrzymaliśmy dwa przysunięte do siebie pojedyncze łóżka z niezbyt wygodnymi materacami.

The room was spacious, and we had a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was also spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient!
Very disappointing experience with the hotel’s customer service.
During our stay (October 9–11), we paid €17 per person per day for breakfast after being assured by the receptionist that a takeaway breakfast could be arranged for our early departure.
However, when we called to confirm the day before, we were told the request should have been made earlier. No one had ever informed us of any deadline.
To make matters worse, Mikel at reception showed no willingness to offer a solution or refund the breakfast we had paid for but never received.
Additionally, the television in our room was not working, which added to our disappointment with the overall experience.
It is unacceptable to charge guests for a service that was promised but not provided due to the hotel’s own lack of communication. The lack of flexibility, poor customer service, and room maintenance issues made our stay extremely disappointing.
A great hotel in the old industrial area, which puts it in a quieter location but still has exceptional transport and shopping. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. All round it’s well worthwhile considering if you’re happy with the 30 minute walk or the tram/bus/metro to get in to town.

Gutes Frühstück, Getränke inbegriffen, schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer aus aus dem 22. Stockwerk. Checkin war schon am Mittag möglich. Vielen Dank.
Saunabereich Klein Umkleidekabine fehlt. Leider war der Swimmingpool im oberen Stockwerk geschlossen. Freundlichkeit am Checkin Schalter schwankt zwischen genügend und sehr gut.
Great stay with amazing views, but a few details could be improved
Overall, we had a very good experience at the Barcelona Princess. Even though we hadn't booked a sea view, they gave us a great room on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the sea, which was a wonderful surprise!
On the positive side, we were very pleased to find a complimentary mini-fridge inside. It included water, Coca-Cola, and beer, which they restocked every day for free. Also, having an iron and a small ironing board in the room was incredibly helpful and a lifesaver for us.
The rooms are generally not that big, and the window couldn't be opened. Also, even though we booked as a couple, we were given two single beds pushed together, they kept sliding apart, making it impossible to stay close. Lastly, because our room was very high up, we noticed that even though there are three elevators, they can be quite slow during busy peak hours. As for the amenities, the gym is very basic with no proper exercise machines, and the pools are on the smaller side, though they are very cozy. Still, it is a very good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
