Staff were very rude and unfriendly. Not what I expect from hospitality staff.
Geen vriendelijk personeel achter de balie
No complaints on the hotel as staff was friendly with both check in and check out along with telling us about nearby taxi stand. Easy setup for checkin beforehand and getting the keys with luggage to leave before room was ready. Right near shopping and multiple bar setups along with a very close walk to the beach. Glass elevators were a bonus. Didn't try the pool or food though. Would easily stay here again for the money
