The stuff is very welcoming and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable the room was very nice with breath taking view

The hospitality from the minute you enter the gate you feel like a VIP they deserve five stars from their welcome drinks to their breakfast top notch.the views from the room breath taking

Location is fantastic. Right on camps bay. They make Ur stay real special. Strong recommend if you are a family. Great service.

Cons:

Pool was closed and they didn't inform earlier, but since it was damn cold, didn't miss much.

الفندق جميل وموقعه اجمل ولكن الاصوات الخارجيه كانها فى الغرفة العازل خفيف واذا احد دق على الغرفة التى فى المقابل او التى فى الجنب لازم افتح الباب الموظفين ممتازين ومحترمين.

Cons:

الافطار كان بسيط لا توحد فيه اطباق للخليجين غير البيض لذا اقترح اضافت بعض الاطباق والذي لم يعجبنى ان لم يخبرونى عند الحضور ان المواقف الخاص بالفندق عليها رسوم الى عند المغادره وكذلك اذا انت كانت حاجز فى الفندق عن طريق بوكنج اى شى تطلبه منها من ناحيه نوع الغرفة او نوع السرير يردو عليك لماذا لا تحجز على موقعنا.

Great hotel!
Pros:

The staff was great! Great room and views. Loved the spa! Really really nice hotel. We will definitely come back!

Cons:

I have a gluten allergy and there was a lot of variety in knowledge with the staff about food allergies and cross contamination.

Celebrating a birthday on August 4th called for somewhere special, and our evening at The Bay Hotel exceeded every expectation—largely thanks to the absolute star of the night, Caamil.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone for a cozy, luxurious evening with a warm, flickering fire to take off the chill. We kicked off the celebration with a glass of crisp, chilled champagne, instantly setting a celebratory mood.

What truly elevated the entire experience was the flawless service from Caamil. Ever affable, engaging, professional, and endlessly accommodating, he anticipated every need before we even had to ask.

When it came to choosing a red to pair with our evening, Caamil expertly recommended a bottle of Seriously Old Dirt by Vilafonté—an absolute masterpiece of a recommendation that was smooth, structured, and perfect for the occasion.

Dining right in front of the warm fire was pure magic. The kitchen delivered a crowd-pleasing, superb battered fish and chips—golden, crispy, and cooked to perfection. We paired it with a burrata and tomato salad; while a lighter hand with the knife on the tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh herbs would have elevated it even further, the rich burrata remained a welcome fresh addition to the meal.

We wrapped up the night in classic style with a smooth, velvety Kahlua Don Pedro—the ultimate finish to a standout dinner.

It was a thoroughly memorable evening from start to finish. Huge kudos to Caamil for his hospitality, warmth, and brilliant wine recommendation.

We will certainly be back!

Best Camps Bay Sunset View Hotel
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff truly couldn’t do enough and were so friendly. Good and drinks from the restaurant were fab and reasonably priced. The breakfast was delicious - the girls were ibsessed with the flap jacks aka pancakes!

I’m not sure you could top the view, sunset or beach! Despite being winter the weather was about 20-23 in the day and the beach was incredible. White sand and sunset view that just dazzled!

The hotel helped us organise transport and tours very simply. Reasonably priced. Lots of super restaurants locally and felt safe to walk around

Top hotel, would return in a heartbeat! Great start to our South African adventure 🌟
