A hotel that fully caters to travelers' needs, whether for business or leisure.
Pros:

Beautiful, modern first class hotel located not far from the city center. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. Very nice pool and outdoor area, fresh large towels always available and a staff member always present to provide additional services such as drinks. My room was very comfortable, quiet, super clean and spacious. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the city center during certain hours of the day, a very convenient feature as I was there for leisure making the slightly out of the way location a non-issue for accessing the major sites in Bari and the central station for day trips to outlying towns. Basilico restaurant served delicious room service meals. Above all, a welcoming, kind and very attentive group of employees from every department: reception, breakfast, pool area, room service, housekeeping and shuttle. If my travel plans should ever bring me back to Bari, there's no question as to where I would choose to stay.

Pros:

Great breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff and the shuttle into Bari was absolutely awesome. Clean pool and could grab towels whilst waited for room.

Cons:

Not so much a didn’t like, but worth knowing a little out of the centre of Bari. Not loads immediately around hotel, but there is a pizzeria opposite and cafe next door which was handy. The shuttle makes up for it-just know only limited seats so book your slot!

Pretty ordinary for a 4 star hotel, breakfast great, pool poor and location poor.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic, breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive.

Cons:

If you’re looking to hang at the pool, this is not your property. Limited shaded seating, opens at 10, closed at 1900 and there’s a ridiculous daily run for a prime seat. Parking is charged 10 euro per night!

Muy buena experiencia en Bari

Tuve una excelente estadía en este hotel en Bari. Desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal fue extremadamente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y brindarnos información sobre los mejores lugares para visitar y conocer la ciudad.

El hotel está ubicado a las afueras del centro, pero esto no fue ningún inconveniente, ya que cuenta con un servicio gratuito de shuttle muy cómodo y eficiente para ir y regresar del centro.

El desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, muy completo y con una gran variedad de opciones.

Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel para quienes visiten Bari. Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable y nos sentimos muy bien atendidas durante toda nuestra visita. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!
