Gran bell hotel
Pros:

Il giorno del nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un grande sorriso e grande professionalità, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, molto bella la sauna e la vasca idromassaggio,anche al ristorante ci siamo trovati molto bene,che dire ,torneremo volentieri,gran bello Hotel! Poi al decimo piano abbiamo goduto di una vista spettacolare!

Purtroppo e dico purtroppo la domenica al nostro check out la ragazza che lavorava alla reception a quell'ora (7:00) non è stata né gentile e né professionale, ma dico io ma almeno chiedere com'è andata,vi siete trovati bene,non so almeno un sorriso, niente ci ha detto quanto dovevo pagare e buona giornata, ma speriamo che sia stato un caso isolato, peccato abbiamo sfiorato la perfezione, sarà per la prossima volta!

Pros:

A fantastic hotel in Bari. The staff were superb, the parking was A+, the room and lobby very nice and clean, and a lovely breakfast. What more can you ask for?

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zum Frühstück alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt 👍. Sind mit dem Taxi dann 10 Minuten ins Zentrum gefahren. Lage daher auch gut und auch ruhig.
