Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
Pros:

It is clean and with a very nice people on the reception and in the restaurant. Beautiful inner yard with swimming pool. Near the sea in case you have a time to go to the beach.

Cons:

Small problems with the clima and sink drain in our room. Metro station is in about 10-12 minutes walking distance.

Overall good experience, loved how comfortable the beds were.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and very clean rooms.

Cons:

The people at the reception seemed to be confused about how much they should charge us. They tried to get us to pay money that we definitely did not owe them. I think it would be best if the whole stay would be prepaid through booking and not through a weird link and then the rest at the check in. It would make the process much less stressful and more smooth.

Pros:

The facilities are nice, especially the suana and pool. The location is good, not too close nor too far from the city centre.

Vraiment PARFAIT
Pros:

Le personnel, l'accueil est vraiment parfait d'une grande gentillesse. L'hotel est très propre. La piscine est vraiment un +. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait. La literie exceptionnelle. La situation géographique : 400 m de la plage que demander de mieux ? Vraiment je reviendrai dans cet hotel. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de mon séjour.

Cons:

Vraiment si je dois trouver quelque chose pour améliorer, que la piscine soit chauffée et le coté piscine soit plus grand,

Okay...
Pros:

Two staff on reception very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in unfortunately was not. Liked the style of the hotel reception. Good to be closer to the beach.

Cons:

The room felt a bit soulless. It wasn't as clean as it could have been. A lot of the fittings felt very worn and need replacing - its not a cheap hotel in terms of price but the room felt past its best. The ceiling in the bathroom wasn't glued down properly- when you close the door to the bathroom the ceiling came away. There was no water in our room when we arrived, instead an empty bottle in the fridge that had clearly been left by another guest. Thankfully the very friendly and helpful gentleman on reception gave us some water when we asked. I think the hotel is overpriced for what it is. The coffee in the room was cheap and unpleasant - again would expect better for the price.
