Room a bit warm during summer time, i’m not sure if ac was on, but we opened the window of room so the room could get a bit cooler

Rymligt rum, nära till mycket.

Cons:

- vi fick inte rummet kl 3 utan fick vänta efter en lång bilresa i 30 min. Och det satt en del och vänta på sina rum.
- när vi kom till rummet så stank det i toaletten, avloppsliknande doft. Doften försvann inte och detta borde man få reducerat pris för då det tar över i rummet.

Rummet på plan 4, Personalen innan stängning & Frukosten

Cons:

Rummet på bottenvåningen som jag fick byta till efter 2 mobilsamtal eftersom tvn inte funka på plan 4. På bv våga man inte öppna fönstret så det blev väldigt varmt & orka inte ringa igen 😎 men tvn funka.
Får tänka på att boka hotell som har reception dygnet runt nästa gång.

The location was perfect for me as I had to travel within Solna for work.

Cons:

It didn't have 24 hour reception, had to rely on a number f I had issues. I like to feel saf when I travel overseas.

Buona posizione, molto vicino alla stazione metro e dei treni e alla fermata del tram e dei bus. Colazione discreta, abbastanza variegata. Doccia abbastanza spaziosa e funzionale.

Cons:

Self check-in che ha creato problemi nel pagamento, ho dovuto pagare due volte il soggiorno (poi rimborsato dopo 4 giorni). Caffè espresso disponibile solo a pagamento, ma la macchinetta si è subito rotta e non è stata aggiustata nei 6 giorni di permanenza. Pulizie effettuate solo dopo richiesta esplicita il terzo giorno, e imbarazzanti nella loro approssimazione.
