A perfect city break.
Pros:

Christina at reception is amazing . All the staff are amazing. That is what made our stay so amazing. I hope this hotel appreciates how hard their staff work and how great they are

Volveré, pero comeré fuera.
Pros:

La ubicación, la piscina del ático, aunque pequeñita, fue genial poder llegar a tiempo y refrescarme antes de que cerraran, se agradece darte un chapuzón en el centro de Madrid. La atención del personal, genial y la habitación preciosa y muy cómoda.

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho ruido en la calle, sería genial que tuvieran doble ventana, me despertó la fiesta de la calle. Y el desayuno dejó mucho que desear. El bacon llevaba hecho, en serio, quizá dos días, porque no se podía ni cortar con el cuchillo ni masticar, se quedó en el plato. Cogí embutido de pavo y estaba también pasado de varios días, con ese sabor baboso. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas deberían tirar o darlo a refugio de animales, porque van a provocar alguna intoxicación alimentaria por dar a las personas comida de varios días sin asegurarse el estado en que se encuentra. Esto es lo peor que he visto en este hotel.
