Pros:

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables et surtout tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant ! Un grand merci à Alejandro pour sa bonne humeur, sa disponibilité et ses conseils. L'hôtel a aussi une piscine sur le toit qui est incroyable. Il est bien situé au pied du métro, en 15min on est au centre. Il dispose aussi d'un parking privé très pratique. Tout était parfait, on recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Madrid !

Good choice
Pros:

The hotel is excellent, in a great location and 1 min from the metro. The staff were very helpful, they helped us choose restaurants and places to walk in Madrid. The hotel is clean and worth the money

Clean, friendly staff, quality
Pros:

Friendly and helpful personnel. Let us into the room even before the official check-in time, and stored our baggage after the check-out. Nice, clean, a real hotel. It was a bit more expensive, but it is expected for Madrid this time of year. On the other hand, a hotel is a nice upgrade from private apartments and rooms.

Buen hote, excelente servicio pero no bien ubicado.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son chicas pero cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

La ubicación. Es una zona de mucho bullicio y alejada de las atracciones de Madrid. Hay que caminar para tomar el metro y poder acceder a las actividades turísticas.

Pros:

This hotel was around the corner from the metro and very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The rooms were modern & clean with all amenities.
