Arrived with a confirmed booking through Booking. Com. They’d even charged my credit card a deposit. Hotel had confirmed booking. On arrival told we’d have to go elsewhere, they even offered a “free” taxi ride. No room available. I think they’d given our room to someone who paid more. After a long flight from Australia this is not what you want. We argued we stayed. I now doubt the reliability of booking through Booking.Com. You need to deal with issues like this if you want me to trust your business.

Una semana de descanso pleno. Hermoso Hotel super limpio y personal amable.
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, cerca del Costanera Center y también de la zona de restaurantes. Zona muy segura y limpia.

Cons:

El desayuno es MUY bueno, PERO podría mejorar: el cafe siempre estaba tibio. El primer dia el aire acondicionado estaba extremadamente frio y todo estaba frio (hasta el pan seco de tanto aire). La palta (aguacate) que abunda en Chile no debería cobrarse extra. Ademas faltaba variedad de jugos naturales, frutas (no habia fresas). Y poca cantidad de fiambres.
Deberian avisar de antemano que el hotel se encuentra en refacciones. El aire centralizado de la habitacion no funcionaba muy bien y costaba calefaccionar por las noches.

Nada, mi estadía fue un desastre, estaban haciendo arreglos y no me avisaron, fui por trabajo, tenía que tomar reuniones y no era posible debido al ruido que había. Y además pésima la atención de la recepcionista cuando llegué.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

La habitación impecable, muy cómoda, el personal fue muy gentil y atento, además, las instalaciones del gimnasio, la piscina y las mesas de billar increíbles. El desayuno estuvo excelente con mucha variedad.
