Estadía de pesadilla

Buena ubicación. Personal, amable. Desayuno correcto, bueno.

Cons:

Reserve habitación para tres personas con camas dobles y un sofá cama , y nos dieron una con camas de una plaza y tuvimos que pedir que transformaran el sofá en cama, súper incómodo que vinieron a armar solo un día. Despues de quejarnos, nos pasaron a una habitación igual, pero más amplia. El WC inundó el baño y toda la habitación hasta los tobillos. Algo inimaginable. Nos pasaron a una tercera habitación, y ya nos volvíamos ese día. Cada mañana hacer valijas para que trasladaran nuestros objetos. Nos quisieron conformar con una cena en el hotel, que no aceptamos. Pedí descuento, o gratificación total, pues pasamos tres días estresantes y poco felices. El tema por el que no podían resarcirnos era por haber reservado por Booking. Más asombro todavía. Tuvimos una pésima experiencia y un gasto enorme de dinero por días a puro nervio y reclamos inútiles. Tema remisera Deiny que nos enviaron a nuestra llegada de forma gratuita: ok. La contratamos para la vuelta al aeropuerto y tuvimos una experiencia muy extraña con ella hablando por radio con “ amigos” dentro del aeropuerto y finalmente nos cobraron 40 dólares por una valija que les pareció “grande” y era mediana y desde Buenos Aires no pagamos por ella.
Observen ese comportamiento porque le interesó el nombre de cada una detalladamente, y despachando valijas tuvimos esa feísima sensación de haber sido estafadas con organización mafiosa.

Ótima estadia
Pros:

Excelente localização, perto do MUT, Costaneira Center e estação de metrô. O quarto era muito grande, com sala, copa e closet. Café da manhã muito bom e variado.

Cons:

Estavam fazendo uma reforma no hotel e os ruídos incomodaram um pouco no primeiro dia.
