Gostei apenas da localização.
O café da manhã era péssimo, tanto que só o tomei em 2 dias dos 8 dias em que fiquei no hotel.
O ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava, pois eu selecionava uma temperatura e um certo fluxo de ar, e ele não obedecia.
O meu frigobar estava quebrado, não gelava nada.
O ralo do boxe tinha uma vazão péssima e, com isso, o boxe sempre transbordava de água durante o banho, inundando o banheiro todo, e me obrigando a ficar "fazendo hora" no banho até o nível da água baixar, para o boxe não transbordar ainda mais.
O armário para guardar roupas era horroroso e sujo, porque não era um armário de verdade, era uma porta que ia até o chão, parecia uma dispensa de cozinha que começa direto do chão e não tinha prateleiras adequadas, algo insalubre onde nem é bom guardar roupas valiosas.
A regulagem da temperatura da água era péssima, não funcionava, porque a temperatura dela mudava sozinha o tempo inteiro, oscilando entre quente demais ou fria demais, e houve um dia em que a água estava tão quente que parecia que iria ferver, o que tornou impossível o seu uso e me obrigou a entrar em contato com a recepção do hotel para normalizar isso.
Solicitei algumas vezes ao hotel que esses problemas todos fossem solucionados, porém somente o frigobar defeituoso foi resolvido; todos os demais problemas permaneceram sem solução.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Bardzo duże i przestronne pokoje. Miła obsługa. Śniadania dość dobre.
Jedna winda stale była popsuta. Brakujące dania na śniadaniu były dostarczane czasem z opóźnieniem. Nie zostałem przed przyjazdem poinformowany o tym, że wymagana jest płatność w dolarach amerykańskich albo kartą kredytową, żeby uniknąć wysokiego podatku. Cena całkowita wyszła przez to dość wysoka.
La piscina temperada, desayuno, comodidad de la suite y pieza, la ubicación y el restaurante Enebro es bien bueno.
Un detalle pero creo que no hay mucho que hacer, la calefacción es sumamente ruidosa lo cual molesta un poco de noche pero en invierno es necesario tenerla prendida

The elevator with need of roomcard…seems to requiere a maintenance…when different people getting off at different floors…the lights of the selected floors all switch off , everytime the elevator stops and doors open&close. To get to floor 15…on the same ride, we had to select 2-3 times that we wanted to go to floor 15…
You may want to review the (high?) amount of personnel in the breakfast area (e.g a receptionist + an admin sitting at a counter…doing what?,…2-3 people refilling the buffet…

Gostei muito do café da manhã , acho anus deveria melhorar , enquanto os outros hotéis 4 estrelas no Chile e ao lado oferecem omelete , no café da manhãs do hotel bosque era cobrado , algo que acho muito comum hotel de café da manhã oferecer . Os funcionários do café da manhã deveriam ser bem mais treinando e organizandos .
A localização sem dúvida é o ponto marcante , funcionários prestativos, educados e atenciosos.
Pena que não ofertam kit de café da manhã pra quem vai sair bem cedo pros passeios horário que o café ainda não está disponível, até ofertam mais tem um custo adicional de 5 dólares o que pro hóspede não chegue a ser vantagem . Achei tmb o valor do calção bem razoável .
