COMO SIEMPRE, EXCELENTE HOTEL EN SANTIAGO.
Pros:

Los empleados y el servicio son excelentes. Me senti muy bien atendido, todo fue excelente. Mencion especial para Denise de la recepcion quiien estaba en la llegada y en el check-out, ella es una persona muy atenta y gentil.
Las instalaciones son antiguas pero bien conservadas. Los cuartops son amplios y bien amoblados.
La ubicacion es excelente en el mejor barrio de Santiago.

Cons:

El unico punto negativo son los elevadores, antiguos y que apagan los pisos marcados de la nada.

Cons:

El frigobar olía muy mal, fuimos 3 personas y dejaban toallas y batas para 2, lo solicitaba pero demoraban en atender, el check in tardó porque la habitación estaba lista, la piscina tenía demasiado cloro, el olor quedaba pegado en el cuerpo post ducha.

Café da manhã excelente. Somos em 4 e ficamos em um quarto com 2 camas queen e um sofá cama, mais espaço e privacidade

En términos generales es un buen hotel.. excelente ubicación y cumple.

Cons:

El desayuno es todos los días lo mismo y el sillón cama para la tercera persona es sumamente incomodo. Pagas 3 camas pero no duerme ni en cama ni "como" en cama. Los ascensores necesitan mantención urgente.

Lo bueno es la ubicación y el desayuno.

Cons:

La ducha de nuestra habitación estaba rota. No teníamos agua caliente, nos tuvieron que pasar una habitación solo para ir a ducharnos (en otro piso, con la incomodidad de andar esperando ascensor). De los 3 ascensores solo dos funcionaban. La tv estaba mala no funcionaba nunca. Las almohadas eran de muy mala calidad. El aire acondicionado sonaba como un camión. Para ser un hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas, no lo vale para nada, el baño y la habitación estaban llenos de detalles estéticos feos, roturas en techo o paredes, terminaciones deficientes y viejas. Realmente un mal hotel y con nefastas “soluciones”.
