Der Service der Mitarbeiter war super gut und sehr zuvorkommend. Insbesondere die Empfehlungen vor Ort waren wirklich sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Leider waren im Restaurant nicht alle Zutaten für die Speisen vorhanden und das beim Roomservice bestellte essen kam kalt an.

Pros:

Mar 11-12: pathetic service, requested “Dosa” for breakfast, a standard buffet spread, was told that cannot be made available. Dining plates uncleaned. Bed linen quality below par. Except the location which is a super plus, will avoid staying at the hotel. AC in room cooling was hardly effective, was sweating even after setting it up at 17 degrees
