Nice amenities, friendly staff, disappointing breakfast
Pros:

There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is very expensive for where it is located. We could not enjoy breakfast because it was not ready at 7am as stated and we had to leave at 7:30am.

Always a joy to stay
Pros:

We had dinner last night and it was very good and drinks were great. The room was so comfy, clean and love the soaps and shampoo in shower. Also loved the new big shower! I want one at home. And breakfast this morning was fantastic! Everyone who worked there that we ran into was so very nice and kind. We will be back. Best hotel ever!

Pros:

Friendliness and professionalism of staff for the most part the hotel was very clean

Cons:

Upon checking they asked me if I wanted housekeeping for the 4 days I was staying there I told them yes did not see housekeeping at all trash was overflowing in the room went down and asked for housekeeping still no one clean the room also hallway carpets are in need of replacement or deep cleaning

From the beginning at the front desk the lady that checked us in was very welcoming and found out she use to live in Thomaston Ga which is where my family is from.

i liked that there were veggies included in the dinner. loved the sauna for my traveling back. the greeter was really kind. the bed were great. free hot and cold water ( for tea). ease in being there. thanks so much

Expected better!
Pros:

The location was great off the highway, the breakfast was delicious and great options!

Cons:

Well the room was not clean - hair that was not ours, including pubic hair, in the shower - the toilet was clogged when we arrived - it was HOT in there (set to 73... jeesh!) and we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for it to cool down to 70, and then it got so cold that we needed additional blankets 😂 They did bring them up promptly, but my son dropped something beside the bed and using the flashlight on my phone it was evident that they don't vaccuum under the night table or along the wall - a lot of dust and random sparkle tiny stickers.
