Pros:

The location was close to the beach and all the stores within walking distance. Wheelchair accessibility also.

Cons:

That the wheelchair accessibility room was right in front of the staff laundry room. Hidden towards the back, but other than that great room for a family with a wheelchair ♿️ 😊😊

Was not very satisfied
Pros:

The location from the beach was very close not a far distance at all is what I like and splash is around the corner

Cons:

I did not enjoy that this place had no AC at all I get hot easy so for there to be no AC is a disappointment and the sheets were not clean as I got in bed I noticed the sheets had sand on them they where not properly cleaned sheets we had to wipe it off. I do not give this place a good rating other than the location

Decent hotel. Great location. Just needs a couple adjustments
Pros:

Close to the beach, available parking, room size. Check-in was very quick and easy. The staff member was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Expensive but comparable to the other hotels in the area. Phone in room didn’t work. The “private balcony” had no signage or anything to tell other guest that the balcony was private. We were interrupted several times by other guests wanting to hang out on our balcony. Should have a sign and maybe a chain to creat a visible barrier. As soon as we went in the room, someone came back over and started smoking a cigar when we already asked them not to. I was going to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. Not worth getting dressed to walk down at that point. Had to close our window to get some privacy. Even though this was a kitchenette, there was no silverware. The clerk was able to provide the “last plastic spoon they had” which we appreciated. I suspect it was from his own stash and he was just trying to be helpful.

Disappointing and uncomfortable.
Pros:

The only thing we liked was the location. Close to the beach and the pier.

Cons:

We were very disappointed in this place. No air conditioning in the room. Just a ceiling fan that was not adequate. The room was clean but looked very shabby. Some things broken. Definitely needs an update.

Wonderful beach vacation
Pros:

Best part about this motel was the location and free parking. It was the most affordable option that was close to the beach, and also situated in a convenient area. Plenty of cafe's & restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very nice and checking in/out was easy. I also liked the outdoor patio area.

Cons:

The lighting in our room was rather dim; brighter lightbulbs for the overhead lighting or perhaps another lamp would've helped. The walls are thin and the towels are small/thin, but that's about what I'd expect for a motel.

Other than in the room, not being ready everything was great. Nice service nice room.
Pros:

I like how I was walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was when I arrived the room wasn’t even ready and took about 45 minutes. I arrived at 3:45 PM and check-in was noted on my phone that it was at 3 o’clock. My room wasn’t ready till about 4:45.

Near splash cafe down the street from the beach
Pros:

Got a very good deal and everything was great including parking location staff only thing is none of the rooms have ac i don't think its much needed but for a person such as myself with a colostomy an ac or venting air is much needed couldn't open the windows and bathroom had no fan so most of the smell was in the air luckily I had air freshener but had to dispose all my trash outside other than that the stay was great loved the walking distance to the beach and splash cafe just around the corner from the cinnamon rolls yummy

As great of a location it is, we will never stay there again.
Pros:

Great location and can walk to anywhere downtown without having to fight traffic. Beach is very close and accessible too.

Cons:

Room had cockroaches. We killed about 8 little ones and one big one. Then at night, one was on my neck and I killed that one smacking myself in the middle of the night. Spent almost $600 for two nights and they gave us $100 back.
