It was like advertised. Clean comfortable.
No air conditioner in the rooms. Only air circulating.
The staff were very friendly and helpful loved the location and price!
No air conditioner but a fan was provided. Also no screen in bathroom window so getting dressed everyone can see you when your trying to let steam out from showering.
I’ve been staying here for years, it is in the perfect location. Smack dab in the middle of everything place you want to go and you don’t have to worry about paying for parking.
The place is old, but the affordable rooms and the location along with the customer support makes the age of the place inconsequential.

I loved it. There is no air conditioning. Which would be fine if there was not a heat wave. They did provide fans though
It was close to everything.
It was in the mid 80's in pismo and that little air conditioner. I wouldn't even call it a air conditioner. That was the crappiest thing for air. The room was hot through out the whole day. Very uncomfortable. Had to go down to a restaurant to stay cool. Fix that and you got a good room.
Location was perfect, close to downtown and the pier. Overall experience was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.
