Pros:

La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse et assez confortable pour une nuit, c'était propre, et les équipements étaient fonctionnels.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant, il n'y a rien de frais ni de cuisiné. L'emplacement de cet hôtel laisse à désirer, on ne s'y sentait pas du tout en sécurité (zone pleine de sans abris, située directement à la sortie de l'autoroute). Je déconseille fortement de sortir de l'hôtel à la nuit tombée.

The value but when we got there I was very disappointed such a bad area a lot of homeless roaming around was not feeling comfortable

It was not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend.

Marihuana smell in the hallways.

The location was fine.

Cons:

Husband’s room has many sockets that didn’t work, dirty bathroom, front light didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t lock, keys stopped working. Hallway smelled like weed.

Hotel is ok, but the guest service disappointed us.
Pros:

Close to downtown, the hotel delivers what it promises and offers good value for money.

Cons:

We weren’t informed of the breakfast hours. Since breakfast is usually served until 10:00 a.m., we went down at 9:10 a.m., but it was gonne. For guests who look forward to the hotel’s breakfast, this is a big disappointment.

The breakfast hours should be clearly communicated at check-in, or at the very least there should be a notice in the room with the opening hours for both breakfast and the pool.
