Pros:

Hotel poskytuje přímý vstup do areálu termálního komplexu.

Cons:

Personál hotelu velmi průměrně hovoří anglicky. Nejasnosti při placení za pobyt. Starší číšníci při účtování nápojů kasírovali peníze a zároveň posílali na recepci účtenky, které při check-outu z hotelu byly považovány za neuhrazené 🧐

A félpanziós ellátás kitűnő, az éttermi személyzet nagyon figyelmes, segítőkész, a főpincérek fantasztikusan levezényelték
az étkeztetést maximálisan odafigyelve a vendégre, a rendre, kiszolgálásra, példát mutatva udvariasságból és a szakmaiasságból, mindezt további ellenszolgáltatás nélkül!!
