Pros:

This hotel is in a fabulous location, between main Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarters, both a walkable distance. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was very nice and varied. We enjoyed our stay that much we booked a further night 😄

Good location but maybe other options for service
Pros:

Location was good to access Old Town area. Breakfast was good. Room was small but comfortable.

Cons:

Bar was tiny and grumpy man for bartender. Not a welcoming environment. Dining room was large; however, when going there for dinner we were there only ones there and staff was nowhere to be found for 10+ minutes. When he did appear, he wasn't welcoming- seemed like he'd rather be elsewhere. We gave our complete drink and food order as he would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. Think he had to walk down the hall to the tiny bar for cocktails. Once food arrived, it was very good. Service was lacking for dinner.

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal que nos preparó el desayuno a las 6am, habitaciones amplias y confortables, la coffee station, muchas entradas USB en la habitación

Cons:

Faltaban amenities de baño, la TV un poco pequeña y alejada de la cama, canales limitados, ausencia de ascensor hasta la tercera planta

Wspaniala lokalizacja. Blisko do Starego Miasta, restauracji, atrakcji. Wygodne lozko. Dobre szczelne zaslony. Wspaniale sniadania- przepyszne i urozmaicone, starannie podane. Mila obsluga, bardzo pomocna. Mozna rezerwowac wycieczki. Bar z drinkami na miejscu. Parking -po zarezrwowaniu. Ciasno ale jest. Bezpiecznie. Przytulnie.

Bardzo niewygodny dostep do niektorych pokoi. Zeby dostac sie do pokoju na pierwszym pietrze trzeba jechac na 1 pietro winda, potem wejsc kilka schodkow w gore a potem zejsc 2 poziomy na dol po schodach. Tragedia. Jesli masz ciezkie walizki przygotuj sie na dzwiganie ich po schodach w gore i w dol. Pokoje od podworka maja bardzo slaba izolacje. Jest glosno szczegolnie gdy goscie siedza na patio po 22 giej. Pokoj ogolnie czysty ale w mojej lazience, w prysznicu byl bardzo widoczny grzyb. Woda nie schodzi.
