Struttura accogliente e centrale, vicinissima al centro e con fermata del tram di fronte all’entrata. Staff gentile e disponibile. La stanza pulita, con aria condizionata, luminosa. Bagno non troppo grande ma nemmeno soffocante. Colazione super se amate il salato, carente sul dolce.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu - blisko samego centrum (starówki) Krakowa. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Krakowa i okolic. Parking strzeżony, zlokalizowany jest z tyłu obiektu.
Otrzymaliśmy duży, dwuosobowy pokój. Bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Łazienka, w pokoju, trochę za mała, rownież bardzo czysta.
Bardzo dobre śniadanie - w formie szwedzkiego stołu, z dużym wyborem potraw.

Wszzystko było w jak najlepszym porządku.

Very convenient location and great breakfast
Pros:

Location across from the park and near tram and old town walkable were all good and so was breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing could change it, just that our room was on the front side so was too noisy to open window.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro e dal quartiere ebraico. Stanza accogliente con bagno funzionale, letto molto comodo. Eccellente colazione. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio adiacente alla struttura. Consiglio.

Rzadko wystawiamy opinię, jednak sytuacja wymaga wystawienia komentarza. Pokój dwuosobowy zarezerwowałem z kilkumiesięcznym wyprzedziłem będąc przekonanym, że otrzymam lepszy pokój. Na miejscu miłe przywitanie jednak pokój, który otrzymałem był pokojem jednoosobowym na samym końcu hotelu chyba zapomniany przez wszystkich w dodatku narożnym. Taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca. Fakt, że po zgłoszeniu próbowano mi zaproponować dwie inne klitki pozostawił niesmak, będąc nastawionym na zwiedzanie pozostaliśmy przy ich propozycji będąc już świadomymi wystawienia opinii. Poprosiliśmy oczywiście o ręcznik i pościel ponieważ nawet tego nie przygotowali w rzekomej dwójce. Panie w recepcji twierdziły, że to jeden z lepszych pokoi. Widzieliśmy przypadkiem kilka innych pokoi, które były sprzątane i były zdecydowanie większe. Dodatkowo nie jest to nasz pierwszy wyjazd do hotelu żeby nie wiedzieć jak wygląda pokój dwuosobowy i co powinien zawierać w standardzie.Załączone zdjęcia pokoju oraz łazienki z grzybem powinny rozwiać niedowiarkom wszelkie wątpliwość. W moim przekonaniu Wstyd !!!!!! Jedno jest pewne więcej tam nie wrócę
