Good comfortable place to stay and very quiet.
Pros:

Easy parking. Very friendly staff.
Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Furnishings were a little tired. Quite a way from the main part of Shanklin needing a car to travel to restaurants.
Central car park was only 2pounds after 18.00

Nice and peaceful hotel with sea views. Would recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

Lovely old Victorian property in a nice quiet area, it was so peaceful. Sea view from our room as well in the garden.
Staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Pros:

The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and will help in anyway they can, location is really good with a nice view over the bay from the grounds, the food is also very good, we didn't have a bad meal, the portions are also very generous, we would visit again!

Cons:

Perhaps without offending, the dusting in the Rooms could be better, or maybe it was just ours?

Pros:

Lovely staff, rooms were standard for what we payed for. Pool was lovely. Lots of on site parking.

Cons:

Facilities were very basic. Breakfast was very disappointing and the bar was little for selection.

We didn’t have use of the restaurant as it was closed we stayed for 3 nights the room above us kept us awake for 3 nights no respect at all for people trying to relax we did mention it but we’re not offered a different room nor given a discounted rate for not providing all facilities that were sold to us perfect location staff very friendly the hotel needs a makeover throughout

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were nothing like in the photos. Also, wasn't fully aware that the hotel, although in walking distance of the local high street and beach was at the top of a quite steep hill.

My 17 year old son and I were put in a double room instead of a twin room. We were moved to a bigger room but it still had only one larger bed. It was very noisy at night.

Friendly staff and location

Cons:

The hotel.deeply need a renovation.
Sadly the building is very dated and dusty.It was a hot weekend so we received an electric fan,but when we turned it on,it blew built-up dust across the entire room.The bathroom was also in poor condition.
It drastically needs an update and deep clean.
