View was stunning over the harbour.
Only maybe 10mins from city centre.
Breakfast was delish from restaurant, big servings.
Could hear the person in another room using the toilet.
Hard to close latch on sliding door.
Seals around shower were..... dirty and bits missing so leaked water.

Lovely view over marina, excellent friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast!
A bit dated in places so felt gloomy. The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and restaurants were a distance away so we ended up with chips from the fish shop!
Fantastic staff, going above and beyond was second nature. Personal, friendly, understanding and accommodating. Can’t recommend them highly enough 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

It was disappointing to have a room downgrade with no notice then to have to request a refund. The mould in the bathroom was pretty disgusting and obvious so unsure why it was not noticed by a cleaner.
I’ve stayed several times over a period of 30 years as I love the location and the size of rooms
Sad to see very little being spent on the maintenance
We stayed for 2 nights n had troubles both days with door locks and our shower head should have been replaced years ago
Barry (maintenance) found a replacement n he also fixed door the second time
Dining room now has now been reduced to cafeteria style with some staff clearly not professional wait staff - Chloe was the only redeeming factor there
