Rooms clean, view great. Catered for our needs
It was a nice view
The door broke and we had to wait for it to be fixed which caused us to be late for our event
Location overlooked the marina. It was away from the town centre so quieter.
The room was spacious and comfortable.

When using the in room dryer, it made the bathroom very humid and steamy. Better ventilation would improve this.
All guests were asked to not have balcony doors open due to the humidity. We are fron the south and didn't really notice the humidity but it would have been nice to have the door open at times.
The foyer, and outside areas were lovely and well maintained.
The desk receptionist was also lovely and very helpful.
The food was great and very well priced!
The bathroom shower, was slightly moldy and needs to be cleaned.
Further some of the lights in the room did not turn on.
Terrible breakfast.
Was cold and was sent back and came back cold again.
This was our first breakfast and we did not eat another meal during our stay.
You should never serve up cold food and then return it cold again.
Plus the windows downstairs and windows on doors were dirty with smudges and were never cleaned during our 4 day stay.

Noisy outside. Compressor from restaurant fridge/Freezer if sitting on balcony was unbearable & had to have doors closed most day & night.
the view was wounderful all the boat lite up at nigh time very carming. frendly staff the food was great.
