Shoreline….the best hotel I have ever experienced!

Mooi hotel met geweldige ligging aan het water

Erg vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie,heel mooie en schone kamer

Hotel has great views and is within walking distance of a lot

The view and corner suite had beautiful views. Nice to have two hot tubs to accommodate all the guests

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I woke up with back and shoulder pain.

Cons:

terrible smell on our floor when we arrived and lingered for a couple days. Upon check in it was told to us they did not accept cash. Nowhere could I find in this any listings for this site. If I would have known this I would not have booked.

Nice Older Hotel Near City Center
Pros:

The location was good. Two blocks from downtown center. Comfortable bed with a nice layout. The jacuzzi was a nice touch for this room. Had three balcony windows. Easy check-in/out.

Cons:

Only one working elevator. Wish the views were better. One actual balcony, the other two were great for lighting. No real hotel food for breakfast, but there are options available nearby. Older hotel, but still nice.

Nice hotel which could use some updates.
Pros:

This hotel has a beautiful location easily accessible from the bike trail in Muskegon and on the lake front. Beds are comfortable. The indoor pool and especially the two hot tubs make a really nice place to relax after a long bike ride. There is no breakfast but the little cafe that opens up in early morning has a really nice selection of breakfast sandwiches and a cheerful staff to help get us going in the morning.

Cons:

Our room was a bit small with a view mostly of an empty lot and parking. The furniture is dated with alot of space taken up by outdated furnishings such as dressers and built in cupboards. The price we paid seemed high since it did not include breakfast. Not a great value.
