Pros:

The view from the top floors is amazing. The room is big and the beds very comfortable.

Cons:

An hotel in 2026 without Netflix or other casting possibilities is hard to understand. Local tv is normally useless for international hotel guests.

Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Den Hague.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Von der Rezeption wurde ich lediglich auf die richtige Handhabung verwiesen. Deshalb eine tropische Nacht in einem Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, die übrigens auch für die Heizung genutzt wird.

Als ich das der Rezeption mitgeteilte konnte man mir keine andere Option bieten.
Man sagte mir nur das Hotel ist ausgebucht und es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit auf Toilette zu gehen.

Ik ben uitgegleden in het bad en heb hierbij een gekneusde schouder en kneuzingen aan benen opgelopen. Het management heeft totaal geen moeite genomen om mij enigszins te helpen. Na 3 dagen heeft de manager een keer contact opgenomen terwijl ons bij het uitchecken verteld was dat ze dezelfde dag met ons contact zou opnemen. Vervolgens kregen we het bericht dat ze niet meer te bereiken is de komende dagen en niemand wilde ons verder te woord staan. Te erg voor woorden! Ik kom hier nooit meer terug.

Een degelijk hotel op een prima locatie

Het hotel bevindt zich op een prima locatie. Goed te bereiken met Ov vanaf Den Haag CS of Lasn van NOI. Tramhalte om de hoek met een goede verbinding richting het centrum

Het bed was matig, de kraan van de wastafel rampzalig. De onderkant van de waterkoker was gebarsten. Scharnier van het raam was kapot. Het koelkastje werd niet echt koud. Er was geen ventilator beschikbaar voor de kamer

Top verblijf en goede service.
Pros:

Alles was heel netjes en duidelijk. Mooie kamer en fijn welkom. We waren gast van de dag en kregen daar een upgrade en gratis ontbijt voor. Erg leuk!
