Заселення максимально складне, рецепція зовсім в іншому місці, як і всі послуги. Повна відсутність логістики і сервісу.

Повна відсутність комунікації. Лише офіціант в ресторані поруч зміг розказати куди йти 500 метрів щоб знайти ключі від кімнати.

ぜひまた利用したいです
Pros:

ロケーションが最高でした。プラハの春の音楽祭も仕事と合わせて参加しましたが、いずれの演奏会場にも徒歩5−６分圏内と至極便利。部屋も天井が高く美しく快適にリノベーションされていました。地下にあるwhite horseと言うレストランも12世紀のセラーを使ったもので素晴らしいです。一階のビアホールのスッタフも皆親切で陽気で、ビールの味も食事も最高でした。日中は観光客で賑わっていますが、夜になり周りがライトアップされた広場は息を呑むほど美しかったです。来年の「プラハの春」の時にも来ようと思っております。

特にありませんが、時に隣の部屋の住人の声（子供）が少し気になりました。

My stay at The Emblem Hotel in Prague was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely cared for in a way that is rare to experience.
What impressed me most was the seamless flow of communication between the staff — everything felt perfectly coordinated, thoughtful, and effortless. The level of service was simply outstanding. I truly felt like the most important guest in the world.
The team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Their attention to detail and sincere dedication made all the difference.
I would especially like to thank the reception and reservations staff for their incredible support and for helping me with changes to my stay. Their kindness and professionalism meant so much to me.
This is not just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel seen, valued, and truly taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back. In fact, I already plan to.

Daha iyi bir konum olamazdı, old townun kalbinde, temizliği gayet iyi, otel yetkilileri çok yardımcı oluyor. Sadece resepsiyon 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde.

SUPER SÉJOUR
Pros:

Emplacement incroyable ! Vous trouverez difficilement mieux à Prague.
Chambre très belle et spacieuse en plus d'être bien équipée.
Certes le check in se fait dans l'hôtel à 200m mais un personnel nous à aidé avec les bagages.
Nous reviendrons dans ce logement pour sûr lors de notre prochaine visite à Prague.
Le personnel du restaurant en dessous était très sympathique.

Cons:

Seul bémol si on devait en mentionné un, peut être un peu bruyant étant situé au dessus de plusieurs restaurants et donnant sur la place principale.
Nous n'avons pas été spécialement dérangé par le bruit.
