Cons:

Hotel did not honor special request for my elder parents who cannot walk far, or down or up hill, hotel put them in a place where my elder parents had to walk and almost fell couple of times, parents have stayed at the property many times, never had a problem with them getting a room close to handicap. Hotel changed owner ship not the same anymore. Will not stay there anymore.

Pros:

Accommodations were clean and location was convenient. Plenty of parking. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

I requested a ground level room at reservation but they did not have one available upon check in. There is no elevator.
