The property's reception opening hours are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Perfect location.
Pros:

The location was great for my needs, and I imagine for just about every other visitor.
Although I didn't use it except for strolling, the seafront is only a few metres away, and its a really pleasant walk along to the port.The train/bus station are also really close; with plenty of restaurants and takeaways in between.

Cons:

Nothing drastic. I used one of the bunk beds instead of the Murphy bed, but I imagine it would have been pretty crowded for a family of 4. Your kids would have to be very tame: particularly if you stayed for more than a few days.
Which made it all the stranger that the room was half taken up with far too many cupboards. As if somebody was bringing their entire household on holidays. I never even unpack my suitcases when I travel!
I actually think my apartment was the one from the online ad, because everything out the window matches up exactly from my own shots. So definitely no false advertising, and the room was in great condition. I actually tried to double the length of my stay; with quite a bit of notice. But I got no response from their site, so I booked elsewhere. But the property seemed pretty quiet from outside and within. No lights in the windows after dark; in a fairly big building.

La ubicación era excelente. La cama de matrimonio era bastante cómoda para ser plegable.
El parquing en el mismo edificio comunicado por ascensor fue un plus.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso, habian dos aparatos en la habitación.
El baño hacía muy mala olor a desagüe.
Pocos canales de TV.
No había aire acondicionado en los pasillos.
No había dispensadores de gel ni champú en la bañera. Solo una pastillita pequeña de jabón para 4 personas.

Everything. Close to the beach and the center, if I knew I would have booked more days. It was awesome days with my baby, short walk to the beach, ice cream in the afternoon, air conditioning nap after.

A lovely week in St Raphael
Pros:

Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach and around 10 minutes walk to the train station in the other direction. Easy to get to Cannes, Antibes and Nice by train, we also sent to Ventimiglia and Sanremo in Italy, slightly longer journey but very do-able in a day. We found 3 supermarkets within walking distance of the apartments so easy to stock up on essentials. Restaurants and touristy shops pretty much on the doorstep.

Cons:

We found the actual apartment quite small and cramped, however it does have everything you need for a holiday. The only thing that we found significantly disappointing was that there was no balcony in the apartment and we did anticipate that there would be one having read the apartment detail on line.
