If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be organized. For an additional fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodations by calling the residence directly; contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying longer than one week have the possibility to renew their chosen services at reception at the end of each week. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its strong commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.

Rates include accommodations, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchenette area before departure. For any invoice requests, the name indicated will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur an additional charge, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you will be put in contact with Booking Customer Service. Please note that reservations made under a “Nonrefundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no request for modification or cancellation will be accepted. Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Reception is located in the “Mimosas” building at 14 avenue de la Rostagne, 06160 Juan-les-Pins. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, and an additional charge of €12 per day per pet applies. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Lokalizacja była ok, personel miły, możliwość wynajęcia parkingu

Cons:

Zepsuta zmywarka, niedziałające WiFi, po rozłożeniu kanapy w saloniku nie ma się jak poruszać, na tarasie klimatyzacja wiała gorącym powietrzem co uniemożliwiało skorzystanie z niego, łóżka nie były przygotowane (trzeba było sobie oblec je samemu)

alright for the price
Pros:

around 10 minutes to the nearest beaches, bakeries, supermarkets. a big balcony and a "sea view" with a tiny corner of the sea. the ac works well. the room is quite comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen.

Cons:

the bathroom smelled bad from the first day, poor water pressure in mornings and nights, but that's understandable. only got one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights, 4 people. the elevator broke down on the 2nd day.

Funzionale
Pros:

Posizione comoda per chi vuole stare vicino al centro...arredo nuovo, monolocale organizzato completo di tutto.

Cons:

Parcheggio assegnato esterno e non nella stesso residence ( alloggio Lavanda parcheggio Mimosa) , piano basso , spazio esterno poco sfruttabile e poca privacy .

Very disappointing and frustrating
Pros:

The air conditioning was strong and very pleasant.

Cons:

When I arrived late (which was discussed and agreed upon), my keys were placed in the wrong safe and I had no access to them leaving me stranded in reception until 11:45pm when a security guard helped me. The WiFi did not work (they advertised WiFi on their page), which was the main reason I booked with this place, meaning I could not do any of the work calls I had scheduled for the weekend.

I’m sure this is a great property for leisure but not necessarily for work trips
Pros:

It was clean and the room had all facilities required for a basic stay. I was there with work for the Cannes festival so out each day from 7am until late so literally needed a bed!

Cons:

This isn’t a great hotel for work trips. Limited reception hours so if you’re out all day with work and back late, you miss reception open hours. Given there are no refreshment facilities such as vending machine and no shops open late nearby, it would be very useful if you provided water in the rooms. It was lonely and dark walking back at night from the train station but too close to get a taxi. Not great for a woman travelling solo.

Pros:

Appartement très confortable, propreté impeccable, résidence calme (petit plus une piscine), sentier d'accès à la plage.
Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Le parking sous terrain est difficile d'accès juste pas possible d'y entrer si on a une berline genre Audi A4. Heureusement que nous avions une voiture légèrement plus petite sinon pas de parking.
