Amazing and memorable.
Pros:

Stunning hotel, fabulous rooms and staff. We were so well looked after, the service is exceptional. It’s right in the heart of Bruges this will be our go to hotel when we return.

Bel hôtel mais bruyant

La décoration est très belle , l’emplacement idéal et la literie très bien

Cons:

Le bruit . Nous étions dans une chambre juste à côté d’un immeuble en travaux . Travaux qui ont démarré à 7h30 du matin . Aucune information préalable de la part de la réception. Quand je l’ai signalé le lendemain matin , la seule réponse a été vous êtes les premiers que cela dérange . C’est très leger de la part d’un 4 étoiles et un geste commercial sur le prix de la chambre ( prix élevé )aurait été normal .
Il y avait également des cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain .

Great character hotel central to everything. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely use again
Pros:

Super friendly staff who fell over themselves to make the stay enjoyable. The building is 500 years old, and as a hotel has nice size rooms, each different. Ours was very comfortable with a large bed. Lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water. Weather was very hot so would sit outside of an evening drinking free tea and coffee. Problem with aircon, but solutions proposed and we worked around - so not an issue. Didn't have breakfast as we were late risers. Hotel is central to everything that matters. The old city is bigger and more vibrant than we expected. Always felt safe. Did boat trip and used the tourist bus to get our bearings. Everything is in walking distance - averaged 12k steps per day. We stayed 4 nights and packed a lot in.

Cons:

Difficult to find fault, so I won't. It was a lovely stay. Word of warning - Belgium beers are very strong, so be careful.

Simply magnificent
Pros:

Beautiful and very friendly staff, there was a pigeon trapped on our patio the young man at the front desk rescued it for us gave it food and water named it and released it! This is says it all
