Amazing hotel, location and staff.
Pros:

The decor, location and staff were all excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and the staff were attentive whilst giving space to the guests. The smell throughout the hotel is amazing - I can't place where from but I wanted to bottle it and use it at home! Highly recommend paying for breakfast and reserving table 1 which gives stunning views across the canal and for fans of the film In Bruges, it's the table used by the main actors in one scene. I will definitely be returning.

Als je een romantisch top kwaliteit hotelzoekt.
Pros:

Prachtig historisch pand midden in de stad van alle comfort voorzien. Ontbijt met uitzicht op de gracht en met de open haard aan. Personeel topkwaliteit. Echt een hotel met de standaard van vroeger.

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff and coffee/tea service 24/7
Pros:

The location and the fact it is a family owned property. Very attentive staff!

Cons:

There should have been a proper shower in the room we stayed. It was uncomfortable to shower in the bath, without a splash screen or curtain. There was no attachment to put the shower up.
