Reception were so friendly and a comfortable night at this hotel

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

It was expensive for 1 night and area isn’t very nice - but on the plus side easy access to Newark Penn station

The stay that never happened.
Pros:

NothingI didn't like anything because they told me I didn't have a reservation and the reservation number I gave them didn't work.And I had to go find a new hotel in the middle of the night , and I end up saying at the motel six , the nasty place down the road , thanks so much and they charged me for it.

Cons:

So now I'm having to go to my bank and my bank is gonna stop the payment. Because you guys got confused. Maybe I got confused but you know what I called and was told I didn't have a reservation and I was told that the place was double and triple booked and I needed to find a new place to stay. Thank you so much for ruining an already emotional trip to bury my father.. the pictures I submitted were from the hotel 6I had to stay at down the road.Thank you so much for putting me in this position.
