Serene magical experience we are so delighted and grateful that we found this amazing hotel .
Pros:

An unforgettable experience. We loved our suite with so much space. The quality and the attention to detail in design of the gardens and pool , and the outstanding service.

Cons:

No restaurant but they did provide a reference to the best restaurant and food that we have had in France. We don’t eat breakfast but they offered a Buffett and it looked amazing.

Gledet meg ekstremt til denne turen, men de som jobbet i resepsjonen klarte fint å ødelegge turen vår! De på frokosten v

Det var rent og pent, deilig med balkong og utsikt mot en vakker hage.

Cons:

På balkongen var det helt grusomme stoler, vi spurte om å få låne en stol fra basseng område eller fra frokosten, det fikk vi ikke. Vi fikk en svær hard stol som var like vondt. Samme på rommet, ingen stol å sitte på. Min mor hadde så vondt i ryggen så det vanskelig for henne. Endte opp å måtte ligge hele tiden mens vi var på rommet. Det står at de har spa, det har dem ikke, det er ett søster hotell som har. Som dem sa det tok 10 min å gå til, det er ikke sant, det tok 30 minutter. Så vi booket time der, dem sa det tok 4 minutter i taxi, så vi ba dem i resepsjonen å bestille taxi , den kom ikke før etter 35 minutter, så vi mistet vår spa time. Pluss at vi måtte betale 36 euro for 8 minutter taxi tur. Når vi de andre dagene hadde bestilt selv taxi og da betalte vi mellom 7-12 euro, det viser seg at hotellet bestilte ikke taxi, de bestilte en privatbil som de kjører taxi med for sine egne gjester og det er 3 ganger så dyrt, dette sa dem ingenting om.
Når vi sa ifra til dem ble de så sure! Og var frekke med oss hele resten av oppholdet, det ble helt forferdelig å bo der. Jeg trengte legehjelp men de var helt uinteressert å hjelpe meg med det! Siste dagen før vi skulle reise så kom en dame som var noen form for sjef og ville beklage og hjelpe meg å finne lege, men vi skulle jo reise hjem, så det var ikke noe vits. Tenkte at vi da ble å få en kompensasjon, men Neida, ingenting!!!
Og det er ikke mat å få foruten om frokost på dette hotellet!
Gammelt hotell, med ett bitte lite basseng! Eneste de kan skryte av er hagen!

Helt alright hotel - hverken mer eller mindre.
Pros:

Fin beliggenhet, fine og store rom.

Cons:

Dårlig frokost. Uhygienisk med duer som spiste på maten som ble servert til frokost. Kakerlakk på rommet (det kan sikkert skje alle steder for rommet virket rent).

Beautiful place, will come stay again!
Pros:

The hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of the town with its leafy garden, beautiful pool and overall feeling of tranquility.
The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was a feast!

Cons:

It’s days Adults Only but we did have a family with a child staying in the room next to us. The child made quite a noise splashing in the pool. If you do allow kids (which is totally fine) you should not be misleadingly about your policies

A few minor details are holding it back from being a true 10/10 stay
Pros:

The excellent outdoor seating area under the mulberry trees offers lovely natural shade. A very nice and well-maintained garden. We had a room with entry and exit directly from the garden, which made for a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience. The pool is also very nice, and there is ample free parking on the street right next to the hotel.

Cons:

The room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time (15:00). Although we only had to wait about 10 minutes, this was disappointing, as we expect the room to be available at the stated check-in time. This was the first time we experienced this during our stays at more than 50 hotels.

The breakfast could offer more variety.
