おしゃれなホテルで施設も良いが、下層階は景色が悪く部屋が暗い。
Pros:

ロケーションがよく、チェックインとチェックアウトもスムーズだった。コーヒーや水がロビーで無料でいただけるのもありがたかった。特に水は各階にウォーターサーバーがあったので助かった。部屋には電子レンジと冷蔵庫、コンロやコーヒーマシーンがあって、非常に便利だった。

Cons:

２階の奥の部屋だったが、Wifiが弱く、ロビーに行かなければインターネットが使えなかった。また、クーラーの音がうるさかったので就寝中はクーラーを弱くするかOFFにしなければいけなかった。窓からの景色は皆無。隣の壁しか見えず、部屋もとても暗かった。

The hotel was great and we will be returning.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel overall was nice. Staff was friendly though we didn’t interact much with them. Overall great place to stay.

Cons:

Parte de mi equipaje que había dejado en el locker fue robado. estuvieron 2 días para revisar las cámaras de seguridad y nada. La manager larissa no estuvo a la altura de la situación. Me citó a las 10 y tuve que esperar que termine de desayunar..
cuando logro hablar con ella estuvo con una actitud
a la defensiva diciendo:
1) que ella no había recibido personalmente mi equipaje asique no podía hacer nada
2) me cuestiono por qué lo había dejado en el hotel
Una locura!!
Finalmente acordamos un reembolso total en la reserva y nunca lo cumplió. Le mandé mail a ella y a su jefe y nunca respondieron. Unos sinvergüenzas caraduras!!

Breakfast in the Bistro was good, free coffee in the Foyer

Cons:

On arrival, in the lift a cleaner split water from the iron in her hand all over the lift. The lift was still wet 5 minutes later, when I had to go downstairs to the reception, as my TV and bedside light wasn't working. Also no instructions for the use of phone. The TV was reset and lights fixed within half an hour.The shower handle fell off. There was no safe in the room. The bedside clock set at the wrong time and generally the carpets were dirty. Reception weren't too helpful, when I asked which way the airport was ?
