Good location, poor customer service.

Cons:

We request to do our beds and clean the room, but they just empty the trash can. I notified the power outlet of the bathroom was not working, they didn't fix it. The front desk girl was rude, no customer relations experience at all.

Okay stay when the price is low.
Pros:

Big gym with good equipment. Central location if you are working in downtown

Cons:

The rooms are rusty and not in very well condition. Damage on mirrors and carpets.

Very enjoyable, would highly recommend
Pros:

Great location for an event I was attending, a wonderful and helpful staff. A very good bed and pillows , I had neck surgery and most hotel pillows aren't comfortable, no problem here. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Lovely hotel in a great central location
Pros:

Helpful staff, quick check in, luggage storage, spacious foyer/common area, in-room Nespresso machine, comfortable bed and great pillows, on-site restaurant, great location.
