Convenient for an airport trip!
Pros:

Really convenient location for our one night stay as we were flying out of Haneda the next morning. This hotel is in Terminal 2 and we just got back on the train to get to Terminal 3 the next morning, super easy! Also great food options around in the terminal for dinner/snacks.

Cons:

We had a slight cigarette smell in our room. We needed to leave the exhaust fan on to get rid of the smell.
