Great location connected to terminal 2. Room sizes weee very good. Staff were kind and very polite and helpful

Pros:

We loved the breakfast buffet and the attached pastry counter w/Japanese desserts available like Mont Blanc and the pastries that were shaped like 787 airplanes. We also enjoyed the room service menu.

Cons:

I liked that I did not smell any smoke from any cigarettes this time. The year before when we stayed here, we could smell smoke within our room from the vents, because other people were smoking somewhere in the hotel. But luckily, the air was clean this year. Maybe the bath towels could be a bit softer but they were ok.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

It is very close to the terminal. Our flight goes at 12:00 in the mid night and it is very easy to rest in the room until checking in, especially when we have small children with us. We often send our bags by takkyu bin and the staff took care of these very well.

Nothing special.

Really convenient location inside the airport.

Cons:

I tried to borrow a scale to weigh my luggage, but the hotel only has one scale located at the lobby to be used there instead of being able to borrow and take up to my room. As I had many pieces of luggage to be weighed, it was too much trouble taking them all down to the lobby to be weighed, so I ended up not weighing them at the hotel.
