Pros:

La proximité du port, ce que nous recherchions !

Cons:

L’isolation des fenêtres pour le bruit, l’hôtel donne sur une route très passante même de nuit.

We should have left but had a busy schedule. I would not go back!

location is good but on very noisy intersection of triple carriageway, good hot water, bed comfortable

Noisy student coach groups staying, awful breakfast ,bedroom had dreary dark decor and view, v. smelly drains, NO bar or restaurant as stated, garden was a dark covered terrace below street level(see picture) housekeeping irregular, basin wasn't cleaned in 10days, no information re usage TV, air con, fire exits ,departure times etc, many safety hazards , see picture of spiral marble staircase with no hand rail, lift door dangerous opening back onto top step of staircase, overall management negligible.

Pros:

I didn't like it at all! The breakfast was a disgrace!!! The room was uncomfortable and very noisy at night. The only decent thing was the staff's friendliness.

Enjoyed our time spent at Galaxy
Pros:

The staff was exceptional and very helpful.

Cons:

Shower door opening was too small. Door frame going into the room was broken. I had the lock fixed but frame still needed to be replaced.

Unacceptable
Pros:

I have sent a long email to get a refund and I am waiting for an answer. I left the Hotel the second day.

Cons:

Windows have never been cleaned. Materials in the hallway every floor. The elevator door was despicable.
