most enjoyable and one to recommend
Pros:

We had a room on the 6th floor, overlooking the lake. the accommodation was excellent, in good order and well appointed. the complimentary mini bar and fruit, were a bonus.

Cons:

we thought the light switches in the bathroom were confusing

Great hotel, highly recommend!
Pros:

We had a great time, we were upgraded for free and the room was huge with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to check in to our room early and checkout was 12 which is rare. The staff helped us plan our day trips. Hotel is in a great location!

Pros:

Our suite was very clean, comfortable and with an amazing view. Location was excellent. Our beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast. You can have everything, but after 40 minutes you order. Must remind them and ask if it's ready.

Great location on the lake
Pros:

We had a lovely view of the lake from our 4th floor room which was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage and good bathroom with excellent shower. Plenty of room for us and our golden retriever. Initially we thought the position of the room was awkward for taking our dog out first and last thing but actually it was easy, especially with the lakeside position. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was a bit feeble, although to be fair there were record high temperatures while we were there.
The buffet breakfast was good but it was the same price whether or not you had cooked food as well which made it extremely expensive if you didn’t want hot food which, given the heat wave, we did not. A two tier system that most other hotels have would be fairer i.e. a lower price for the buffet only.

Heel professioneel personeel!Dat hebben we eerder bij de Riz in Londen gezien. Trouwens Nationaal heeft een historische link met de Riz.

Cons:

Fantastisch! Ik reisde met mijn zoon voor zijn verjaardag. Wij hebben een upgrade van onze kamer gekregen. Een suite, nummer 306!De mooiste suite in deze hotel! Dat was een fantastische verrassing voor ons!

5-Star all the way
Pros:

I booked three rooms for one night and asked for an upgrade to lake view and they charged a very small fee! Rooms were amazing and huge! The front desk staff were so attentive and even escorted us to our rooms! It’s a gorgeous hotel! We needed the air conditioning due to the heat wave and the room didn’t disappoint! The charm of the hotel is outstanding!
