Pros:

Lokacija, izgled hotela

Cons:

Iz restorana i bara se ne vidi jezero jer smetaju suncobrani koji bi trebali biti viši da se vidi jezero ( bolje bi pristajali jedro suncobrani sa inoks nosačima)
Malo bogatiji hladni dio doručka: veći izbor sireva

Pros:

Petit déjeuner magistral. Tout était très bon. Très propre et bien entretenu. L'accueil à été très bon. L'intérieur est certes old School, néanmoins il est classe.
Possibilité de recharger la voiture électrique.

L'emplacement est top, avec un parking attribué.

Cons:

Le spa est très restreint, la chambre était très rustique.
Nous avions réservé pour l'anniversaire de ma compagne et cela a été spécifié lors de la réservation. Un petit mot en ce sens aurait été apprécié. Hors, il n'en était rien.
Cela reste un super hôtel.

Excellent fleeting visit
Pros:

Arrival was superb, staff excellent. Matthias dealt with us. Great guy. Location is amazing. Really nice room and the bar is a nice place to chill. Easy walking along the lake into town. Nice vibe everywhere, we were only passing but wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

If I'm being picky, the room was a bit warm but I just opened the window so no drama.

Lovely hotel, great staff, but overpriced restaurant and bar.
Pros:

Excellent staff & service, good clean facilities, balcony excellent views, nothing too much trouble to ensure our comfort - thank you.

Cons:

Whilst we recognise that Switzerland is expensive compared to the UK, the restaurant and bar at the hotel were completely overcharging compared to other really nice restaurants in the area. Yes we knew the price of items when ordering at the hotel restaurant, but what was served were very small portions at ridiculous prices. For example a small beer and a bottle of still water = 13CHF = £13, and 3 slices of unbuttered toast and a tin of sardines (served in the tin!) was 26CHF = approx £26. For that price we expected so much more..........
So, all in all 4 stars not 5.
