Fantastic central location. Lovely big room. Friendly staff. Easy access to central Newcastle or the Quayside.
Entrance lobby smelled a bit... odd. Everywhere else was fine. Onsite bar was closed at the time.

Breakfast quality could be improved and knives at breakfast need to be sharper. The instructions for using lights, heating, shower were not provided.
The location is great, right in the center of the city. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance.
The breakfast was great!
I checked out early the last morning. The front desk told me a take-away breakfast would be ready the night before, but I did not get it until the morning when I was leaving. I had to go to the front desk a few times and finally got it from the kitchen.
The delivery of take-away breakfasts could be better communicated between departments.

Unfortunately we had a stain on our duvet cover but the staff sorted this very quickly. Quite noisy - you can hear next door and upstairs moving around.
