Excellent stay with great amenities and helpful staff.
Pros:

So much space and nice furnishings. Nice having two toilets and a washing machine. Loved the bottled water in the kitchen. Heated floors in the bathrooms. Lots of options for pillow size which was great for kids.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a small fitness room which we used several times. The view was nice, the location was near the city center and Micurin swimming pool was near (nice with hot weather). The personnel was friendly and accommodating and found solutions to the problems related to the property. Also the service staff at the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. In the last morning we had to leave early and we received a nice and abundant takeaway breakfast.

Cons:

It was very hot weather but the air conditioner was not cooling in the first room. The receptionist proposed us to change the room, but the conditioner in the alternative room also didn't cool. Then the receptionist found yet another room with different type of air conditioner which worked. Unfortunately, the fridge in this room didn't work.
The room had only a single key which set limits to our plans. The rooms were not soundproof and everything from the corridor or balcony was hearable.

الطاقم والخدمة رائعه
Pros:

الشقة كانت واسعه جداً ومريحه في الطابق الأول و موقف السياره قريب في الأمام مباشرة و الاسره والاثاث فخم ومريح بشكل مذهل.

Cons:

الفطور كان بسيط و الخيارات قليلة

Excellent hotel, great location
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location as it is around 15 min walk from old town and it was also a comfortable stay. Good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing I highly recommend this hotel.
