Hotel de la cadena motel 6, viejo, sucio, apestoso, personal qie recibe mal encarado, no quisieron cambiar sábanas sucias, comentaron qie al dia siguiente, y al dia siguiente ni siquiera hicieron aseo, tuve que regalar una noche de hotel ya que hicieron caso omiso, y el dia que me salí la persona que recibió mi comentario, se veía hablaba español, muda no contestó y cuando vio qie me retiraba de manera burlona me dijo blanca adioooooos! Qie falto de respeto. Cuando yo solo queria limpieza por lo menos dejen lo viejo, pero limpio y estén no tenía nada.

Was there for my sister’s funeral, so it was kinda sad. But I was able to sleep good.
Pros:

Kind of strange, no windows on the outside of the building. I’m guessing they did that to keep out the riff-raff, it was in the center of down town. But it was just down town Glendale, AZ.

Cons:

It was close to where I was at.

I told the front desk lady that the wifi is not working and that there's 2 of them with the same name. Password didn't work. She was so rude and mean. She didn't care to help me.

Ubicación, limpieza, rapidez en atención y que no me cobraron depósito al entrar... Excelente el mini refrigerador que tenía la habitación...

Su hubicacion es buena y facil de llegar

Cons:

El cuarto tenía olor horrible a M*riguana, no estaba bien limpio, el cuarto estaba muy obscuro porque los focos no servían, y el AC nunca funcionó bien estaba súper caliente 🫠

Aesthetically not the best, but due to the staffs kindness it was a good stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the issues we had with the room. The AC had stopped working in the first room, then the TV wasn’t working in the second room and we were able to move to a third room that had both functioning properly. The staff didn’t hesitate at all to help us out and they were very kind about it even during a stressful situation.

Cons:

The property needs a ton of maintenance. The rooms were not cleaned very well. The fixtures in the bathroom area and sink were coming apart. The water pressure was not good. It needs a huge revamp.
