Foarte plăcut
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut poziția hotelului, e fix în centrul Bucureștiului cu vedere la cele mai importante monumente. De asemena, apreciez mult ca în cameră găsești tot ce îți trebuie, efectiv am avut chit de cusut cu tot ce imi trebuie, perie de dinți de unică folosință, în chitul de îngrijire personală (am adorat asta pt eu mi-am uitat acasă periuța și pasta și a fost un adevărat ajutor), prosoape curate, miros plăcut în tot hotelul, aveți tot ce vă trebuie pentru a ne simți ca acasă.

Cons:

Nu pot să zic ca nu mi-a plăcut anumea ceva, dar cred ca se poate îmbunătăți toate serviciile sa le duceți la un alt nivel, important e sa țineți cont de fiecare părere, fiecare client care va zice ca nu i-a plăcut anumea ceva și sa încercați sa reparați, fiecare critica sa o folosiți in favoarea voastră pentru a aduce îmbunătățiri hotelului și așa sa atrageți oamenii.
Mi-aș dori să încercați sa schimbați un pic mocheta din camere, cel puțin în camera unde am fost cazată( apartamentul de la ultimul etaj) mocheta nu a fost una chiar curată, erau pete vechi care nu prea mai ies oricât ați încerca să spălați, cred ca poate fi înlocuită sau curățată într-un mod mai profesional.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and professional.
We were part of a running club doing the Bucharest Marathon so the hotel was near the start line.
The rooms were clean and serviced each day.

Cons:

There is only one very small litter bin in the bathroom. We need a bigger one in the main bedroom area. The coffee/tea provisons were minimal. One small sachet of decaf and one sachet of affiliated coffee granules for two guests each day.
I expected more! No provision of a breakfast tea and no milk.
