Muy buena zona.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el lunes a la 00:30, no había agua caliente y no nos pudimos duchar, teniendo la salida del apartamento al día siguiente a las 12:00.

El trato del personal es deplorable. Todo está viejo, desgastado y en mal estado. Se oye todo, las paredes son muy finas, las puertas no cierran bien, los minibares hacen demasiado ruido

Pros:

Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, con cucina, frigo e microonde, a quasi un chilometro dal centro, ottima posizione. Ogni giorno fanno il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ma una pecca che in una settimana non hanno mai dato una pulita a terra e al bagno. Per il resto ok.

Clean hotel located in nice part of Madrid
Pros:

Location is nice

Cons:

When I arrived late in the evening the payment terminal of the hotel did not work. The host did not allow me to check-in without a payment although it was not my fault. I had to go and look around for AMT to withdraw some cash and pay. The hotel reception experience was very unpleasant.
