Muy buena ubicación en un barrio seguro para caminar, muchos lugares para comer, tiendas lindas, no tantos supermercados
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional, zona cerca de todo lo que nos interesaba ver y fácil para acceder al centro y otras direcciones

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas, ducha con desagüe tapado y solo al 4to día de aviso logramos que fueran a desatascarlo.
Personal de noche muy amable, el diurno dependía de cómo se encontraran de humor

HOSTAL DE SEGUNDA A PRECIO DE PARADOR EN EL CENTRO DE MADRID
Pros:

Una vez que pasas la remozada recepción, entras en un edificio en obras sin que sepas muy bien si lo están tirando o construyendo: pegotes en paredes, techos levantados…

Cons:

entras al apartamento y es pobretón y descuidado en mobiliario, pintura, disposición…y con un baño asimilable al de una pensión económica. Ah!, y este deterioro no es achacable al personal que allí trabaja que ha sido correcto. En resumen, en el centro de Madrid te alojarás en una especie de hostal de segunda clase a precio de Parador Nacional.
