Excellent stay
Pros:

room was really nice with balcony
Very much a good gateway with my family

Cons:

breakfat buffet can do a bit better

Mats in the room, open bathroom plan, especially cos it was a family suit I didnt like that it was open, the only thing holding it was a curtain.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the views were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a great base for exploring Cape Town.

There wasn’t much to complain about. However, some areas could benefit from a little more maintenance and attention to detail.

We will visit again.
Pros:

We loved the comfortable bed and quality linen.
The location was excellent, especially for visiting Canal Walk Mall.

Cons:

Breakfast was not ready at 7:00 as expected.
We were unable to watch television in the room, as the South African channels were scrambled.

It was peaceful and quiet and clean & everyone was super helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Loved the room & the bed was super comfortable. Loved the views but next time will get a suite with a balcony. Loved the coffee making facilities provided on each floor as you came out of the elevator.

Cons:

No swimming facilities on the premises. However it was available at a sister hotel down the street but was not told that I would need swimming cap, so did not end up using this facility.
