Comfortable stay, ideally located to the conference centre with exceptionally friendly staff.
Pros:

I attended a conference which was in the nearby conference centre.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and offered help when we needed it including the room service and bar staff.

Cons:

We asked for our laundry to be completed which was meant to be returned on the same day. This didn’t happen which was disappointing. Luckily we allowed extra time before we decided to hand the laundry a day early before our scheduled departure.

The light switches are all over and the lighting is very bad throughout the rooms even with all the lights on

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Strange room layout. Needs a bit of an upgrade, we had constant problems with our access keys, the drain in the shower kept coming out and had some very odd light fittings with exposed wires.
