Staff were great, location is good. Rooms could do with a carpet clean and freshen up

On our next trip to Cardiff I'll look up reviews from customer feedback
Cons:

The fact the receptionist didn't ask if we needed anything when we turned up!
They also didn't ask us if we enjoyed our stay at the end!

My daughter was a little afraid when we heard police shouting in the hall way outside our room , after we heard raised voices of an argument!

Great hotel and the impact of the development work for Cardiff Bay was minimal
Pros:

All very comfortable and well looked after. Very spacious.

Any issues we had raised were addressed by the FOH team without delay.

Cons:

Shower/bath design: shower height and design caused water to spill across the bathroom floor each time it was used.
