Better off in the nearby Premier Inn
Pros:

Broken lifts. Fire alarms going off. NO decaffeinated coffee other than horrible sachets. Corridors v stuffy. No sense of ‘service’ from dining room staff.

Pros:

Nice location close to Cardiff bay. Staff were lovely . Hotel nice and clean

Cons:

. We were staying on the 5th floor and the lift's were a bit of a joke. The hotel has 2 lifts shafts. One of them was permanently out of order and the other worked when it felt like it. Lot's of much older unfitter people struggled with this. Also the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and you couldn't open the windows due to the proximity to the factory and the road to the rear and so the room was a bit stuffy.

Lifts broke down and I'm in wheelchair very hard got moved to normal room from accessible as this wad on 3rd floor won't be staying again very traumatised by everything

Lift wasn't working properly and didn't let us check-in a bit earlier than 3pm , which usually offered by other hotels.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely clean spacious room, staff were helpful and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of facilities including hair dryer, kettle iron etc plus lovely little vanity packs in the bathroom

Cons:

The lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor

Our stay was comfortable & the staff were helpful as the lifts were not working
Cons:

The lifts weren’t working & there was no ice machine. People were having to walk to the 6th floor! including staff with bedding & towels etc

Convenient location.
Pros:

Good location near Cardiff Bay

Cons:

The lifts were broken on the evening I arrived, and on the morning when I left. It was tough to carry my luggage up and down stairs in this 6 floor building. People commented it was hard!

On the whole, a great place to stay, a place I will always book when in Cardiff or Bristol.
Pros:

Location was great, room was comfortable, price was fantastic.

Good hotel and location would have been better if lifts were working and people were not so loud in the corridors
Pros:

Large rooms in excellent location in Cardiff bay

Cons:

No lifts working and it is 6 floors high which can be a struggle carrying everything up and down
Can be very noisy in the corridors
