Bastante agradable
Pros:

La tranquilidad, el jardín fresco, el personal muy amable

Cons:

Hizo calor y el aire acondicionado es muy flojo, no enfría lo suficiente para estar confortable. Se debería mejorar.

Pros:

צוות שירותי מאוד: בלילה הראשון הייתה לנו בעיה עם המזגן ובבוקר העבירו אותנו חדר.
לבקשתנו, הביאו לנו מקרר לחדר.
עזבנו מוקדם בבוקר האחרון והמטבח דאג לנו לשקית פיקניק לטיסה. היה נהדר.

Cons:

אפשר יותר גיוון בארוחת הבוקר: יום אחד שיהיה סלומון מעושן.
קושי שלנו: הגענו לאליפות העולם בכדורמים והמלון היה די רחוק מהבריכה, בהליכה 20 דקות עלייה.

Pros:

L'hôtel est confortable et le personnel très serviable. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le beau jardin arboré ainsi que la vue sur le Teide, la ville et la mer. Le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant de l'hôtel proposent une cuisine simple, diversifiée et très bonne.
La localisation centrale permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre ville à pied et de visiter l'île aisément. Le parking sur place pour un prix correct est un plus.

Cons:

Un mini bar dans la chambre aurait été appréciable.

restauración mejorable
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda
El personal de recepción muy bien
El parking no es caro y recomendable cogerlo para no estar pendiente de buscar sitio

Cons:

En general toda la restauración un poco floja
Si vas a una hora del final de las comidas ya falta surtido y no se repone . Las cenas son con un menú a elegir y un poco de buffet de ensaladas, postres y fruta
Comimos un dia en la zona de carta y ni siquiera limpiaron las hojas de la mesa donde comimos
En general el personal aunque amable poco eficiente

Très bon rapport qualité prix! Très bel endroit pour se reposer et être au calme!
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec du choix est bon et également le restaurant de l’hôtel.
