Pros:

Die Sauberkeit. Die Rezeptionsdamen deutschsprachig und freundlich. Die Zimmermädchen (nicht deren Chefin) sehr nett und freundlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis OK. Der Garten ist groß und schön, schon allein aufgrund der Halsbandsittiche in den Palmen. Der Aufstieg zum Hotel aus der Stadt ist nichts für Unsportliche, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Älteres, aber gut erhaltenes Hotel, welches eindeutig von der Grünruhelage profitiert. V.a. unter älteren deutschen (Stamm-)Gästen offenbar sehr beliebt.

Cons:

Zweckmäßig und funktionell eingerichtete Zimmer, Bett leider kein Doppelbett (zusammengestellte Einzelbetten), aber bequem und die Sauberkeit passte auch. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war OK, der Kaffee (vom Automaten) schal. Wir haben am Ankunftstag/Abend im "a la Carte"-Restaurant gegessen; jedoch aufgrund des unmotivierten, etwas unfreundlichen (älteren) Kellners, welcher nur spanisch sprach, beschlossen, es nicht zu wiederholen. Obwohl die Auslastung gering war, hat er uns die Karte spät gebracht, welche wir mit der Handylampe lesen mußten. Zu den Gästen an der Bar war er aber herzlichst. Vielleicht waren wir ihm unsympathisch, obwohl wir sehr höflich waren. Das Steak war nicht zart, aber OK, Gemüse etwas fad und die Pommes noch blass, offenbar Tiefkühlware. Ein junger Kellner hat uns schließlich aufmerksamerweise eine Kerze auf den Tisch gestellt - schade, dass nicht er für uns zuständig war, dann hätten wir ein besseres Erlebnis gehabt. ZImmer: Anfangs gab es keine Minibar im Zimmer; durch Zufall fanden wir nach 3 Tagen heraus, dass man eine auf Nachfrage bekäme. Die Zimmertür schloss manchmal nicht ordentlich, weshalb wir auf die Reinigung meist verzichteten, damit die Türe nicht in unserer Abwesenheit offenbliebe. Nach ca. 3 Tagen verschwand unser "Bitte nicht Stören"-Türhänger. Privatsphäre wird eh nicht großgeschrieben - denn eines nachmittags stand plötzlich die Hausdame in unserem Zimmer, um uns zu erklären, wie wir Badesachen aufhängen sollen (hatten etwas am Balkon zum Trocknen aufgehängt) und offenbar tropfte es hinunter, interpretierten wir. Sie konnte weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Mein Mann und ich lagen da jedenfalls im Bett. Sehr unpassend - ein Anruf am Zimmer durch die Rezeption hätte dazu doch auch gereicht?!

Très bon petit déjeuner, endroit calme, très jolis jardins, piscine agréable et calme, très bon restaurant,
personnel très prévenant , à l'écoute, et très réactif.

Cons:

Puerto de la Cruz et son environnement,(ultra touristique, plages de sable noirs) mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable. les prix exorbitants pratiqués par les endroits touristiques (montée au Teïde 50€, Loro Park 44€.... )l'hôtel n'est pas non plus responsable .
Si nous retournons à Tenerife, nous irons plutôt à Santa Cruz.

Pros:

le cadre est magnifique, au calme avec une très belle vue. Le parc est un havre de paix, et nous avons pu bénéficier d'une place de parking. la possibilité de manger sur place est un plus et nous avons pu profiter du restaurant plusieurs fois avec des plats de qualité et variés. Nous avons également profité de la soirée barbecue dans d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix dans l'espace buffet. très bon petit déjeuner avec une très grande variété de produits (salés, sucrés, boissons...). Également une très belle piscine avec la fourniture de serviettes et peignoirs.

Au vert et au calme
Pros:

Tout était bien, un petit paradis au calme, au vert, un personnel efficace et chaleureux.
Une vue magnifique de la chambre qui est d’ailleurs très confortable.
Le restaurant est très agréable également.

Fantastisch hotel, uniek en een van de beste waar ik ooit verbleef

Het was een prachtig hotel, alles perfect in orde, heel hygiënisch, mooi, warm personeel en gezellige sfeer, prijs-kwaliteit was fantastisch!! Ik zou dit hotel aan iedereen aanbevelen en wil hier absoluut weer naartoe komen.
