Un vrai paradis !
Pros:

Cet hotel est une petite pépite ! Son jardin est un véritable paradis et le calme est permanent. Super petite piscine, bien chauffée. L'hotel est ancien mais très bien entretenue, tout y est. Le personnel est à l'écoute également. Bref, on reviendra ! Parfait si vous souhaitez être au calme dans un petit paradis.

Great Place to stay in Porto de la Cruz
Pros:

Hotel, areal, rooms and staff was great. Nice pool, good breakfast, nice seating.

Cons:

Restaurant Choices & Prices, especially for Vegetarians. Would not eat there again.

Viajo mucho por trabajo y es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. Es igual de excelente para vacaciones: Personal, ubicación e instalaciones son magníficos.

Un'oasi di pace
Pros:

Hotel eccellente, curato nei mini dettagli con un'estrema attenzione per il cliente. La struttura è circondata da diversi giardini tropicali unici nel loro genere e tenuti alla perfezione.
La stanza è silenziosa, spaziosa, completa e non ci è mancato nulla, il letto veramente enorme.
C'è la macchina del caffè, mensole e spazi in quantità per appoggiare le proprie cose.
La colazione merita riconoscimento per la varietà e la quantità di prodotti dal dolce al salato, nonchè la possibilità di avere piatti pronti al momento.
La prontezza e la presenza del personale della colazione è altrettanto di alto livello.
Un saluto e un ringraziamento in particolare ad Aleandro della colazione e a Macarena della reception per la loro cortesia e professionalità.

Cons:

La piscina che chiude alle 19.00 e le capsule della macchina da caffè che bisogna acquistare, non ci era mai capitato...dovrebbe esser specificato meglio.

The breakfast is delicious. The pool is wonderful, clean and has beautiful view. Also, the garden is really nice. The rooms are big and clean, with nice views. We enjoyed a lot our stay

Cons:

The drinks are way too expensive. I paid 8 euros for a fresh orange juice for my daughter, and it was diluted with water... While in Puerto de la Cruz city center is less than 5 euro and of better quality.
