A wonderful and enjoyable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and great facilities.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and very good quality.
The staff were very polite, welcoming, and cooperative. Special thanks to Mrs. Bayan from the reception/administration office for her kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.
The pool area was also very enjoyable, and the pool staff were excellent, especially Mr. Abdallah, who was very friendly and attentive.
The hotel also has a nice bowling room, which adds another enjoyable activity during the stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice hotel with especially friendly, and helpful service from the concierge team
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The hotel is new, clean, and worth the money.

A special thank you to the concierge staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Amjad especially made a great impression on us with his professionalism and friendliness. There was also a younger gentleman at the concierge unfortunately, we forgot his name, but we think it may have been Ahmed, who was also extremely helpful.

Cons:

The electrical / charging plug, for some reason, was UK style, so none of our electronic chargers fitted them

I really enjoyed my staying, i really recommend staying at the hotel, the staff were amazing especially Omar he was great to us he helped us a lot by recommendations around the hotel, food, got the room early.. Elaf helped us at the reception anything we needed was provided, Ghalia and Maryam always welcomed us with a smile and sending texts if anything we need. Honestly our stay was great and the staff made it amazing. The breakfast was WOW. Our room was big and we liked it. Room service, facilities, spa, pool and the restaurant that we wish we had more time to spend in the hotel to enjoy everything more. The hotel was in the city center 5 mins away from the boulevard and abdali mall.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, i am definitely coming back.

Signia by Hilton Amman’da gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Otelin konumu, odaların konforu ve temizliği oldukça iyiydi; ancak benim için burayı özel yapan asıl şey çalışanların ilgisi ve misafirperverliği oldu.

Konaklamam boyunca kendimi yalnızca bir otel misafiri gibi değil, gerçekten değer verilen bir misafir gibi hissettim. Taleplerimle yakından ilgilendiler ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Özellikle Ahmet Bey’e ilgisi, samimiyeti ve yardımları için ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended

This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, the experience was truly excellent.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern furnishings, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with good quality and a satisfying variety.

What truly stands out is the exceptional service provided by the reception team. The staff were consistently professional, respectful, attentive, and always willing to assist. Every request was handled efficiently and with genuine care, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. It was a pleasure staying with you once again.

I will definitely return and look forward to seeing you again very soon!
