Stayed here before and always loved it
Location was near 95
Waitress at breakfast was very sweet
I thought the price for the room inc breakfast was too high. We booked room 30 mins before we arrived
It was easily accessible. Good amount of parking. Updated interior
Nothing.
It was OK. Odd that the menu said you had to purchase bottled juices. For over $300/night, seems the hotel could have a juice bar. 3 egg omelet was TINY.
Price gouging due to the World Cup. This same room on a Saturday night before or after the World Cup was over $100 less per night.
The shower had a bottle of hand lotion instead of conditioner, maybe staff can't read English?
Muy bonito me encantó
No tiene estufa
Cleanliness
Over alll good
Friendly Staff. Roomy and very clean accommodations. Loved the restaurant.
The rest was very packed
Stayed here one night as the result of a travel delay. Booked inline via Booking.com. Received a message which appeared to be from hotel, confirming reservation. Arrived at hotel 10 pm, exhausted (we are two senior women) to be told that they didn't have our reservation. The person at the front desk was DARCY (hope that's the correct spelling): leaped to our assistance, finding a phone number for Booking and not settling for AI "help". Though she was working alone and had others to attend to, Darcy stuck with us until our reservation finally came through. She was more concerned than we were! In the morning (working a lot of hours) she greeted me by name and was concerned about my transportation arrangements: she said that if my driver failed to show, she had an Uber account and would help me. (Everything was fine.)
The room was absolutely fine. No problems at all: clean and comfortable. But this review is really about Darcy: she is an extraordinary asset to the hotel. She was so sincere, so kind to us, so genuinely concerned. What a lovely human. I hope that somebody in charge gets to see this and tell her she is so appreciated. I don't usually gush in reviews, but she is special.
I thought this was a solid experience. Check and check out were easy. The service was very good. The room was spacious and had comfortable bed, good wifi, excellent bathroom. I liked that they had a little market that I could buy a microwave meal. They also have a very nice restaurant that is attached and it was very popular with the locals. The location is great, and since I was renting a car, the car rental was right across the street. Also, you could walk to a little cafe or Mexican restaurant on the next corner. (They don't have an airport shuttle, but if you go in the rental car area, you can get a ride on a cart to the terminal.). I would stay here again.
I have stayed at this location several times and always had great service. On this trip Jacob at the front desk was great and very helpful in helping me. Thank you Jacob
I am a lifetime Diamond member of Hilton Honors. I have never seen more apathetic service at a Hilton property. I was moved to complain for the first time to Hilton through the Guest assistance contact and was promised on multiple occasions that the local HGI management would reach out to me to discuss my issues. In keeping with their utter lack of care, I have heard nothing from them for over a month despite me reminding the corporate Guest Assistance multiple times that the local management had done nothing.
My suggestion is to find another place to stay if you have any expectation of professional service.
Great stay. Front desk agent (lady with blonde hair) was top notch. Clean and comfortable stay
Great stay, Darcie at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful!!
Did not have breakfast. Wish you would offer Continental breakfast
Too much noise by the pool late at night.
No breakfast included so didn't have it. Expected to be able to get a cup of coffee on my way out in the morning but no coffee available from the urns by the door. They'd run out.
The staff person, Tristan, who checked me in refused to speak up. I'm hard of hearing (but wear hearing aids so you wouldn't know it) but Tristan refused to speak at an audible volume. I struggled to hear anything he mumbled at me. He refused eye contact. I observed him speaking jovially at a normal volume with men - just not with this elder woman. I had to interact with Tristan constantly as my room keys failed to work 4 different times. Very aggravating.
