Attente totalement satisfaite : reposant , calme et rafraichissant .
Pros:

nuit réservée pour fuir la canicule, trés bonne climatisation .
Quartier sympa proche des quais pour se promener , place Avisseau tranquille et agréable .
Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité avec terrasse en extérieur accessible et ombragée .
Bonne isolation thermique et phonique

Cons:

Il manque un vrai jardin pour prendre le frais le soir et il n'y a pas de garage vélo ( c'était mon mode de déplacement ), seulement une possibilité d'attacher son vélo dans le parking ( sécurisé ) voitures .

Very comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

Staff very friendly, central location and quiet. Air conditioning, which is a must plus the attention to clients during the canicule, as a large btl of ice cold water was waiting for me in the fridge.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small and the bath was cracked.

Excellent stay which kept me fresh for work
Pros:

great location and easy access to trams to get into the centre. lots of space and like the hairdryer and details like that. Staff are very attentive. Air con worked great

stairs were a bit worn. not many shelves for clothes
