Freindly staff ,nice big room with a fridge

Cons:

The cheek to want another 7 quid a day for parkin by a private company pushed out by the hotel is awful ,especially as its in Scotland and not enforceable..it leaves a bad taste

Lovely relaxing break in a pleasant environment
Pros:

Ideally situated with stunning views of the bridges and the forth . Very pleasant staff

Cons:

The porridge at breakfast was yuk yet the rest of the breakfast food available was very good

Pros:

Lovely building with a great view. Immaculately clean room and restaurant. For the most part very friendly staff. Great selection of food for breakfast which tasted fresh.

Cons:

Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating and were happy to book us a taxi. However couple of staff members did not acknowledge me holding the door open for them which I found surprising.
