Good hotel, nice facilities but pricey.
Pros:

Clean functional, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The price was very steep and to be paying separate parking fees is not any good.

Pros:

Lovely building with a great view. Immaculately clean room and restaurant. For the most part very friendly staff. Great selection of food for breakfast which tasted fresh.

Cons:

Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating and were happy to book us a taxi. However couple of staff members did not acknowledge me holding the door open for them which I found surprising.

Two nights were excellent
Pros:

Ability to cool the room temperature. They provide wash cloths which other hotels did not provide. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had to schedule this property after a booking for a house was canceled the day before my flight to Scotland. I would have booked this hotel many months earlier but hotels did not guarantee refunds if plans changed. I was happy that I could book this hotel at the last minute. I was not able to have one of the two rooms be handicapped accessible.

Quiet and good view of the Queensberry Bridge

Small stain on a pillow, and would like some amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste etc.
