Pros:

Breakfast, nice quality, very pleasant staff.

Cons:

Evening meal, poor value and although we rate most of it because we were hungry, it ws really not very nice. Did not mention it to young lad serving us because he was so nervous anyway.

Really good.
Pros:

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff went above and beyond. Really stand-out service!
Breakfast was amazing, and vegan options too, which is always a bonus. Looking out onto the bridges first thing on a bright morning was wonderful.

Cons:

Walking to the hotel from the station was quite hard, as there’s a lot of stairs. Would have been good to know so we could have gotten a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Decent value for hotel 15 minutes from Edinburgh airport.

Cons:

I was charged £7 to park in an almost empty car park. This is a scam. It is not a city hotel it's basically the middle of nowhere. Also at dinner we ordered our starters and mains. Halfway through eating our starters the mains arrived. Instead of saying sorry your still at your starters we will bring the mains back, the mains were forced down on the table and left there.

Pros:

Amazing location, would definitely stay again. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Only thing was paying for the parking. Understand its only £7 but after paying £175 I would think the parking would be free for guests.
