Left felling underwhelmed
Pros:

Room was spacious
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Room 1 I ran a bath before I got in I noticed the bedroom floor soaked but bathroom was dry .called the reception they quickly found me another room although it kinda felt like a downgrade as had no bath .there was hair in sink and shower I put this down to being moved.when the toilet flushed there was gargling from the shower and in the morning there was a strong sewer smell in bathroom one I went in shower this went away but did leave feeling slightly underwhelmed

Having to pay to park, drains smell in the bathroom from time to time. Illuminate mirror in bathroom didn't work.

great location
Pros:

We stayed here for a family wedding. Room was spacious and we could see the 3 bridges from our window. Our one complain was that the window doesnt open in the room we were i. Breakfast was great and te restaurant had terrific views of the bridges too.

I liked the location and our short stay at the hotel was OK.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and the view of the bridge was nice but I found the doors of the restaurant creaky and including my room door. I didn’t like the toilet flush which was behind the toilet pan.

In het hartje van Queensferry. Prachtige vergezichten en startpunt van heerlijke wandelingen.
Pros:

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst lekker warm gebak gekregen.
Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid.
Mooie ruime kamer, vensters zeer goed geïsoleerd.
Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het station, the lighthouse en het prachtig
uitzicht op de Forth Bridges.
